Flowering Flourishes Birthday Card

Hi again
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas Day. We had a very quiet one but will have family here tomorrow and will have several family gatherings over the next few weeks.

This birthday card uses Midnight Muse and Whisper White. Stamp sets used are Flowering Flourishes, Bring on the Cake and Creative Elements. The embossing folder is from Delicate Designs, and the Large Scallop Edgelits cut the scalloped edge. The card was finished with Stitched Satin Ribbon and Pearl Basic Jewels. The flower was mounted using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Thanks again for visiting, so till next time
😊Happy Stamping😊

Sympathy card

Hello
This is a Sympathy card I made for a friend, using Whisper White and Marina Mist

I embossed the card with the Fancy Fan Folder, then using the Manhattan Flower which I cut around and mounted on top. I stamped the Papillon Butterfly with Illuminate and punched with the coordinating Elegant Butterfly punch. The sentiment is from the petite Pairs stamp set, and punches are the scallop oval and decorative label.
Well, I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas. I will be back again soon with some more cards, or perhaps will get a chance to get some scrapbook pages done.
😊Happy Stamping😊

Christmas decorations

Hello
Here are my Christmas decorations with a variation from the one on the holiday catalogue.

This first one is basically the same as on the catalogue.
With the next one I couldn't resist the beautiful glimmer papers, so I used the
Champagne glimmer paper from the holiday catalogue and the Red Glimmer paper from the Annual catalogue.

I also added the Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon as well as the Cherry Cobbler Scalloped Tulle Ribbon.
I can now add these to my Christmas tree. Only a few more days till Christmas.

Bye for now and
😊Happy Stamping😊

Baby cards

Hi everyone
This is my version of the baby card I have seen by many crafty ladies - the chest of drawers - which I embossed with the Woodgrain folder.

The baby boy card uses Bashful Blue with So Saffron for the 3 small pieces, while the baby girl uses Regal Rose, and both on Whisper White card. I added the drawers using Dimensionals, and brads for the knobs. "Welcome baby" is from Petite Pairs and "boy" and "girl" from Baby Prints. The teddy, duck etc are all from the Baby Bundle stamp set and cut by hand. Very cute for a newborn.

Thanks for visiting and hope you will check out my blog again soon.
😊Happy Stamping😊

Happy Christmas card

Hello
The Ornament Keepsakes stamp set and co-ordinating Famelits Dies from the holiday catalogue are a beautiful combination and so versatile. Here I have stamped with Versa mark and used the Cherry Cobbler embossing powder on the Gumball Green card, set with the heat tool, then cut out with the Framelits dies.

The Delicate Designs Folder embossed Daffodil Delight card and trimmed the bottom edge with Finishing Touches Edglits then attached to Gumball Green card stock. I embossed the Cherry Cobbler using the Stripes Folder - what would I do without my Big Shot! Yes, it has finally arrived- it took a bit longer than I was hoping but better late than never.
Happy Christmas sentiment is from the More Merry Messages set and the punches are the Modern Label and Decorative Label. Cherry Cobbler Bakers twine is also used.
I have lots of cards to make now I have my new Big shot so will catch up with you again soon.

☺Happy Stamping☺

Sending a kiss...

Hello again
Today's card uses Midnight Muse and Primrose Petals card and ink from the In colours, as well as the Very Vanilla card stock. I also stamped the Woodgrain background stamp with Pink Pirouette ink. The butterfly was stamped using the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark from the holiday catalogue, on the Midnight Muse card and punched with the co-ordinating butterfly punch. I also punched the butterfly out of the Primrose Petals and glued them to the card, then using Stampin' dimensionals, added the stamped butterfly on top, and added pearls to the body of the butterfly.

The sentiment is from the Petite Pairs stamp set. I used the Simply Scored Diagonal plate to score on the base card.

😊Happy Stamping😊

Christmas Card

Hi to everyone

It's been some time since I have made a card for the blog. Must be the "silly season" with lots on. Today's card is my Christmas card that I have sent to everyone. Yes, I make the same card for every one. I made almost 80 this year so get a production line going to make it a bit quicker.

I used Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler with crumb cake to stamp the Bethlehem scene from Come to Bethlehem stamp set. The flourishes are from Elements of style Stamp set. I embossed the card with the Fancy Fan Folder - one of my favorites- after stamping the flourishes. To stamp the flourish in the right hand corner, place the smaller white card in the place you want it using a repositional tape and stamp on the two pieces of card at the same time. This will ensure it matches up. Then remove it and add the Cherry Cobbler to mat the smaller white card. The Merry Christmas was cut using the Bitty Banners Framelits, and Dazzling Details Silver Sparkle was used in the centre of the star.

I have just put up my Christmas tree and sent out my cards, done most of my shopping, so it is starting to feel a bit more like Christmas. Now I will make some more of those beautiful Christmas decorations from the front of the holiday catalogue. I am waiting on a new Big Shot. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my original one, (one of the bearings broke) but as it has a 3 year warranty (thanks Stampin' Up!), I am getting a replacement, so hopefully it will arrive today.

Till next time
😊Happy Stamping😊
Lesley.
