Painted Harvest

Hi & Welcome,

By the time you see this, the new Holiday catalogue will be available for you to see and order from. There are so many beautiful new products, I wasn't sure were to start, so I have started with the Painted Autumn Suite which has bold watercoloured images in beautiful autumn colours and already one of my favourite sets.

The Painted Harvest stamp set (#p144783) is a Two-Step set and has been used for the beautiful sunflower. I stamped the middle image using Soft Suede ink (#126978) on Very Vanilla card (#106550). I actually stamped this 3 times, each time reinking the image and turning it each time I stamped. I find this gives a nicer image. Then I stamped the larger flower image using Crushed Curry ink (#131173). Again I stamped this 3 times, and turning the image  and reinking each time. Next I stamped the slightly smaller flower image with Pumpkin Pie ink (126945). This was only stamped once. The DSP is from the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (#144613) and the gold Year Of Cheer Specialty Washi tape was attached to the top and bottom of the DSP. Happy Birthday from Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set (#p143662) was stamped with Crushed Curry ink and this was punched with the new Everyday Label punch (#144668). I then punched a piece of Crushed Curry card (#131288) with the same punch, turned it vertically and attached the sentiment to it. This was then attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to the label. The base card is Crushed Curry.

More exciting new products to show you tomorrow, so -

Till next time,

Happy Stamping!

Card Front Builder with Eastern Medallions

Hello everyone,

I find the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies (#144674) are so versatile. Most of the dies in this set are suitable Christmas, but the die to cut around the card front can be used for all occasions, and don't you love it when products can be used for a variety of occasions.

The base card is Powder Pink (#144251), the card front is Whisper White (#106549) and the DSP is from the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack (#144131). I used one of the dies from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies (#143725), as well as one of the Layering Circles (#141705) to cut the medallion. I stamped the sentiment from the Colorful Seasons stamp set (#p143726) using VersaMark (#102283) and Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder (#141636) which was heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was stamped on Vellum cardstock (#106584) and also cut this with a Layering Circle Framelit. I attached this to the white medallion using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (#144106). The medallion was attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The hearts, which were cut using a die from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits (#137547) from Copper Foil Sheet (#142020) were adhered to the Powder Pink 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon (#144151), using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets.

I hope you are having a great weekend.

Till next time,

Happy Stamping!

Happy Birthday Thinlits

Welcome,

This Happy Birthday Thinlit (#143700) has been attached to the card using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (#144106). These sheets are great for more detailed cutouts. Just adhere the sheets to the back of the cardstock, then cut out the image and it is ready to adhere to the card, once the backing of the sheet is removed.

The basecard is Calypso Coral (#124392), the card front is Whisper White (#106549) and the DSP is Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper (#144137). The hearts are cut using one of the dies from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits (#137547). Happy Birthday is cut from Calypso Coral and Elegant Eggplant card (#108614). By offsetting the 2 cutouts, you will get a "shadow" effect. I sponged the edges of the cardfront with Elegant Eggplant ink (#126969).

The new Holiday catalogue will be available to order from on the 1st September. I'm looking forward to showing you lots of new exciting products from this catalogue. Please contact me (if you live in Australia) and would like a catalogue.

Till next time,

Happy Stamping!

Another Guy Greetings card

Hello,

Here is the other card using the car from the Guy Greeting stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178).

The card used is Cherry Cobbler (#121681), Very Vanilla (#106550) and Gold Foil Sheet (#132622). I stamped the car on the card front using Cherry Cobbler ink (#126966) and the stamping off method to give a lighter image. Then I stamped the car again on a separate piece of card and fussy cut it, and attached it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). Happy Birthday is also from the Guy Greetings set. "70" is cut with an electronic cutter using Cherry Cobbler card and Gold Foil sheets. This was glued with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). Guy Greetings

Hi again,

Here's another variation using the old car from the Guy Greetings stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178) which I said I would share with you.

The cardstock is Dapper Denim (#141419), Cherry Cobbler (#121681) and Very Vanilla (#106550). I also used Copper Foil Sheets (#142020) which I embossed with the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#139672). The square and the circle were cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits (#145372) and the circle was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). I sponged the edges of the circle with Cherry Cobbler ink. 70 was cut with an electronic cutter using Dapper Denim and Cherry Cobbler card and glued to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

Sunshine Wishes Thinlits

Hi Ladies and Guys,

No stamping today, just framelits and a textured embossing folder, so a quick and easy card.

The base card is Real Red (#106578) and the card front is Whisper White (#106549). I embossed on the white card using the Petal Burst Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#141493). Love and the hearts are cut from the Red Glimmer Paper (#121790). I added the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet (#144106) to the back of the Glimmer Paper before cutting with the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits (#141489) so they were easy to adhere to the card. These adhesive sheets are great for those more detailed cutouts as it saves you fiddling with glue on all the smaller areas.

That sure was quick and easy.

Have a great weekend.

Till next time,

Happy Stamping!

Happy Celebrations

Hello again,

Happy Celebrations stamp set (#p143012) combined with the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack (#144177) makes a very quick and easy masculine card.

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550) and I used Basic Black card (#121688) under the DSP with the sentiment stamped on it. The sentiment was stamped with Basic Black Archival ink (#140931) and the centre of "happy" was stamped with Soft Suede ink (#126978). Happy Birthday Gorgeous

Hi everyone,

I often find that I don't use some of the smaller images in a stamp set. There are a number of small images in the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set (#p143662), so I have used these gumnuts on the left side of this card.

Another small image is the cute cup and straw from the Colorful Seasons stamp set (#p143726). I used Crushed Curry ink (#131173) for all the stamped images. Happy Birthday is also from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set and I punched the sentiment with the Pretty Label punch (#143715). This was attached to the oval cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706). The scalloped edge, chair and cup were cut with dies from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits (#143751). I glued the chair using the Fine Tip Glue Pen (#138309) and the cup was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The cardstock is Crushed Curry (#131288), Basic Black (#121688) and Whisper White (#106549).

Have a great weekend.

Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack

Hi,

Here's a quick and easy masculine card using Designer Series paper and thinlits and no stamping.

The Designer Series Paper is Wood Textures (#144177). The cardstock is Always Artichoke (#108610), Tangerine Tango (#116206) and Basic Black (#121688). I adhered the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (#144106) to the back of the cardstock which I was using to cut out the Happy Birthday and the leaves. I cut the Happy Birthday using the Happy Birthday Thinlits (#143700) and the leaves with the Seasonal Layers Thinlits (#143751). I layered the Happy Birthday, just offsetting it slightly to give a shadow effect.

Definitely a quick and easy card.

Carols Of Christmas Bundle

Hello again,

Here is another card using the Carols Of Christmas Bundle (#c146037, #w146036) which is now available, ahead of the release of the Holiday catalogue in September.

The base card is Emerald Envy (#141420) and the other card is Whisper White (#106549). The border for the card front has been cut with the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies (#144674) as has the flowers and leaves. I stamped the flowers from the Carols Of Christmas stamp set (#c144804, #w144801) using Real Red ink (#126949) and these flowers were cut with one of the dies, then attached to the card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals (#144108). Deck The Halls has been stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder (#109129), then heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The circle was cut with the Layering Circles Framelits (#141705) and attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Have a great day.

Till next time,

Happy Stamping!

Lesley.
