Silver Hot Foils

 Hi everyone,

I was having a clean up of my craft table (seems to be never ending) and came across some left over pieces so made this card with them.

The base card is Lemon Lolly (#161729). This was cut 10.5cm x 28.8cm and scored in half, then the card front was scored in half again.

The Luxe White Specialty Designer Series Paper (#167947) was attached to the card front. Another piece was attached to the inside Basic White card (#166781) using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

I cut a piece of Lemon Lolly card with a Scalloped Blooms die (#167646) then dry embossed it with the Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder (#167946). The bottom half of the scalloped card was attached to the card front.

The butterfly and sentiment are both hot foiled with Silver Foil (#170067). The butterfly is from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045) and the sentiment from the Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (#170042). I used Daffodil Delight card (#121680) for the butterfly and added extra colour with the Butterfly Flight Masks (#170076) using Crushed Curry ink (#147087) and a Blending Brush (#153611). Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to attach the butterfly and sentiment. I added the extra butterfly embellishments from the 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies (#167656).

Sunset Coast dies

 Hi again everyone,

A great masculine card today using the Sunset Coast dies (#167780).

I cut the lighthouse image using the dies and used Silver Foil Sheets (#163387), then cut the circle with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183).

The card front is from the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168197). I coloured this with a Blending Brush (#153611) and Azure Afternoon ink (#161663). The circle was also cut with the Stylish Shapes die.

I dry embossed the Basic White card (#166781) with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder. I attached the Shimmering Stripes Paper to the embossed card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), then matted this with Azure Afternoon card (#161728). The base card is Basic White.

The lighthouse image was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

I used the Silver Foil Sheets for the shells & starfish and Azure Afternoon card for the birds. These dies are also from the Sunset Coast dies. They were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots.

The sentiment is from the Begonia Belle stamp set (#168592) and stamped with Azure Afternoon ink, then cut with a Nested Essentials die (#161597) and taped top the card.

Echos Of Detail Hot Foil Dies

 Hello everyone,

I have used the Echos Of Detail Hot Foil Dies (#170048) for this beautiful silver background behind the leaves.

I used the Silver Foil (#170067) on Basic White card (#166781). This card and the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168197) were matted with Coastal Cabana card (#131302) and attached to the Basic White base card.

I used a Natures Symphony die (#166925) to cut the leaves from Coastal Cabana card. This was attached to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Happiest Birthday Wishes” from the Notes Of Spring stamp set (#167979) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Silver Powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was cut with a Stitched Stocking die (#168230) - coming in the next catalogue on 1st September. The edges of the sentiment was daubered with Coastal Cabana ink (#147097) and then attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Botanical Expressions Die

 Hi again everyone,

The Botanical Expressions Die (#168152) has been used to cut the strip of leaves on today’s card.

Firstly I coloured the Basic White card front (#166781) with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083), Pecan Pie ink (#161665) and Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) using Blending Brushes (#153611). I then cut the leaves with the die and dry embossed the top & bottom of the card with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). This card was attached to a piece of the Natures Walk Designer Series Paper (#166912) then attached it to the Basic White base card.

The butterflies are from the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953). For the detailed butterfly I used the back of the butterfly and coloured it with Pretty Peacock ink and a Blending Brush. This was attached to the gold butterfly with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683) and the gold butterfly was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Happy Birthday” from the Lily Of The Valley stamp set (#167937) was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink and I fussy cut this and attached it with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The Antique Pearls (#164679) were coloured with a Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blend (#161676) before adding to the card.

Velvet Meadow Specialty Designer Series Paper

 Hello friends,

Today I have used the beautiful Velvet Meadow Specialty Designer Series Paper (#167904). Of course you could use any designer paper, and I am sure you have plenty to choose from, like I do.

I have used one of the Stylish Shapes dies (#159183) to cut the circles from the DSP & Berry Burst card (#147143). These were taped together, offsetting the circles.

I used a die from the Bordered In Beauty dies (#167556) to cut the right side of the Berry Burst card and this card was used to matt the Designer Paper. The base card is Basic White (#166781).

The sentiment from the (retired) Notes Of Spring stamp set was stamped with Berry Burst ink (#147143) and cut with another die from Stylish Shapes.

The circles & sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The  Dreamy Flowers (#167916) are the embellishments added to complete the card.

Botanical Glow Hot Foil Bundle

 Hello everyone,

You might think I am obsessed with the Stampin’ Hot Foil System (#170012), well you are right. I just love the professional look these foils give to your projects.

I hot foiled the leaves onto the Garden Poetry Designer Series Paper (#167113) from the Botanical Glow Hot Foil dies (#170056) using Gold Foil (#170066). I then stamped the leaves from the Botanical  Glow stamp set (#170054) using Pool Party ink (#147107). This was double matted with Berry Burst card (#144249) and Daffodil Delight card (#121680), then attached to the Basic White base card (#166781).

I used the Light Pink Foil (#170068) for the butterflies from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045). Using the co-ordinating Butterfly Flight Decorative Masks (#170076), I coloured the butterflies with Bubble Bath ink (#161664), Strawberry Slush ink (#165286) and Berry Burst ink (#147143). These were cut with the co-ordinating open dies.

“Sending Hugs” is from the Sweetly Sentimental Hot Foil Dies (#170052) and I used the Gold Foil. The open dies were used to cut the sentiments. There are 11 sentiments which can all be hot foiled at one time then all cut with the die. I put the remainder sentiments aside so I always have some sentiments on hand.

The butterflies were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) for the sentiment. The die cut leaves are from the Butterfly Flight dies and they were cut from Peaceful Pine card (#167692) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The sentiments are from the Charming Shimmer Faceted Dots (#166139).

Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies

 Hello again friends,

When you purchase the Stampin’ Hot Foil System (#170012),  the Metallic Magic craft class is included (till the end of the year). This is such a fun and informative class. Today’s card is my variation of one of the cards demonstrated.

I used the Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (#170042) for the greeting and I used the Gold foil (#170066) on Basic White card (#166781).

I cut the Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper (#167553) with the Happy Birthday open die. The sentiment was lined up with the cut out and the DSP was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). This was then attached to the Basic White base card.

I used Silver Foil (#170067) for the butterflies from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045) on Two Tone Crushed Curry cardstock (#166670). I then added colour using the Butterfly Flight Decorative Masks which are included in the Butterfly Flight Bundle (#170076). I used Golden Glow ink (#167676) and Crisp Cantaloupe ink (#167680) and applied these colours with Blending Brushes (#153611). The open dies from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies were used to cut the butterflies.

The butterflies were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The embellishments are from the 2026-2028 In Color Dots (#167546).

Relaxing Waterside bundle

 Hello & welcome,

The Relaxing Waterside Bundle (#167928) is great for masculine cards.

All the stamped images and sentiment are from the Relaxing Waterside stamp set (#167922) and stamped onto Very Vanilla card (#166785). I stamped the chair & sentiment with VersaMark (#102283) and used the Copper powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set this with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The grass was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink (#147111) and the cup with Crushed Curry ink (#147087). The chair, grass & cup were cut with the Relaxing Waterside dies (#167927). I used a Stitched Stocking die (#168230) to cut the sentiment. The Pecan Pie card (#161726) under the sentiment was cut with a Bordered In Beauty die (#167556). This was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), which I generally use for more detailed die cuts, making it easy to attach to the card.

The 3 strips of DSP from the Woodgrain Wonders Designer Series Paper (#167428) were attached to the Pecan Pie card, then the card front was attached to the Very Vanilla base card. The Faux Bronze Pentagons are the embellishments used.

Fragrant Layers stamp set

 Hello again stamping friends,

I have used the Fragrant Layers stamp set (#167150) for the flowerswhich is a Two Step stamp set.

I stamped the outline of the floral image with Basic Black Hybrid Stampin’ Pad (#166648) onto Basic White card (#166781). The flowers were stamped with Timid Tiger ink (#165278) and I used Lost Lagoon ink (#161678) for the leaves. I cut this with a Phrases & Frames die (#167586). As this is an Impressions die, I used the same die for the frame using the Impressions Plate (#167767) and Timid Tiger card (#165298). I attached Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) on the back of the frame & stamped card to hold them together, then attach them to the card front.

The card front was die cut with the Eyelet Blooms die (#167984) and matted with Lost Lagoon card (#133686). This was attached to the Basic White base card.

“It’s your day” is from the Fragrant Layers stamp set and stamped with Lost Lagoon ink. This was cut with a Stitched Stocking die (#168230). The gold butterfly is from the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953) and the embellishments are Pearlised Faceted Circles (#166978).

I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add glimmer to the flowers.

Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies

 Hi friends,

I needed a card for a special birthday and of course couldn't resist using the Stampin’ Hot Foil System (#170012).

The butterflies are from the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045), the leaves on the background are from the Botanical Glow Hot Foil Dies (#170056) and Happy Birthday is from the Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (#170042).

The Gold Foil (#170066) was used for the leaves & yellow butterfly. Silver Foil (#170067) was used on the blue butterfly and Pink Foil (#170068) on the pink butterfly and sentiment. I used the Pastels Shimmer Specialty Paper (#167198) for the butterflies & sentiment.

I stamped the leaves from the Botanical Glow stamp set (#170054) using Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). This Basic White card front (#166781) was matted with a retired shimmer paper (not sure of the name), then this was attached to the Bubble Bath Pastels Shimmer Specialty Paper. The base card is also Basic White.

The butterflies & sentiment are attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The gold Flower Accents (#165171) were added to finish the card.

Stampin’ Hot Foil System

 Hello again friends,

Another card again today using the Stampin’ Hot Foil System (#170012). You probably realise I just love this new product and makes your projects very professional.

The background, butterflies and sentiment are all done with Gold Foil (#170066). I used Basic White card (#166781) for the background and the sentiment. For the butterflies I used Lemon Lolly from the Pastels Shimmer Specialty Paper (#167198).

The Swiss Dots Hot Foil Dies (#170075) were used for the background, the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045) for the butterflies and the Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (#170042) for the sentiment.

The butterflies and sentiment were then cut with the co-ordinating cutting dies.

The card front was matted with the Lemon Lolly Pastels Shimmer Paper and attached to the Basic White base card. The butterflies & sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Sunset Coast dies

 Welcome everyone,

When I have products out I often make a few variations of cards, so today I am using the Sunset Coast dies (#1667780) and the Scenic Coast Specialty Designer Series Paper (167773) again.

I cut the DSP with the Perennial Postage dies (#162607). The smaller piece of DSP is cut from the larger piece and this is covered when attaching the matted DSP. The Blueberry Bushel card front (#146991) was dry embossed with the Soft Waves embossing folder and I attached the larger piece of DSP to this, and matted the smaller piece of DSP also with Blueberry Bushel card. The smaller matted piece was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The lighthouse was cut with a Sunset Coast die using Silver Foil (#163387). I then used a Spotlight On Nature die (#163580) to cut the circle. This was then attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

No stamping on this card (except inside) as I chose not to add a sentiment at this stage.

I dry embossed the Basic White card front with the (retired) Soft Waves embossing folder and this was also matted with Azure Afternoon card. This was attached to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment is from the Cutest Crew stamp set (#167146) and stamped with Azure Afternoon ink (#161663). The sentiment and banner under the sentiment were cut with Stylish Shapes dies (#159183).

The sentiment and matted lighthouse were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Luxe White Specialty Designer Series Paper

 Hi again everyone,

I hope this is the last Sympathy card I need to make for a while. I have used 2 of the designs from the Luxe White Specialty Paper (#167947) for the background.

The 2 pieces of DSP were matted with the Lemon Lolly from the Pastel Shimmer Specialty Paper (#167198), then attached to the Basic White base card. I used a full sheet of A4 and folded it in half for the card.

I have used the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies (#170045) for the butterfly and this was also foiled onto the Lemon Lolly Pastel  Shimmer Specialty Paper.

The sentiment from the retired Peace On Earth stamp set was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Gold Powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The sentiment and the frame were cut with a Phrases & Frames Impressions die (#167586). The sentiment and butterfly were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Floral Spray Embossing Folder

 Hello again my friends,

Another sympathy card today using the beautiful Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder (#167946). This would also be great for a wedding or anniversary card with a change of sentiments.

I matted the embossed Basic White card (#166781) and the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168197) with Silver Foil (#163387). The base card is also Basic White. The matted embossed card was attached to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment from the retired Painted Glass stamp set was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The sentiment was cut with a Phrases & Frames Impressions die (#167586). These impression dies cut the card, then using the Impressions Plate (#167767) gives deeper embossing. The sentiment was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The cross is cut from a retired die - Cross Of Hope, using Silver Foil, backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).
