Little Friends and Labels Collection Framelits

Hello
I stamped this cute little girl with versamark and embossed with the cherry cobbler embossing powder, before coloring using blender pens. I used the Labels Collection Framelits to cut the Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler. The Delicate Designs Folder was used to emboss the middle of the Very Vanilla card, then attached the Stitched Satin ribbon. The flowers and the sentiment are all from the Little Friends stamp set. The Words Window and Modern Label punches were used for the sentiment.

😊Happy Stamping😊
Till next time,
Lesley.

Embossing

Hi everyone,

On this card I have done both types of embossing, dry and with powders. Firstly I embossed Very Vanilla with the Delicate Designs folder, brayered with versamark then embossed with the Cherry Cobbler powder. This really highlights the design of this folder. You need to be carefully when brayering so the versamark doesn't get into the hollow areas. A design with the raised areas closer together is easier. I then embossed the Midnight muse card with the Elegant Lines folder, attached the Very Vanilla to the edge and added the Midnight Muse Stitched Satin Ribbon. Butterflies are from the Papillon Potpourri Stamp set and stamped with Versamark, embossed with Cherry Cobbler, punched with the Elegant Butterfly, then added Dazzling details to the body and attached with Dimensionals. Sentiment uses Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and Bitty Banners Framelits.

Look forward to sharing another card with you soon.

😊Happy Stamping😊

Christmas

Hi to everyone,

Another Christmas card today, simply elegant I think. The stars and sentiment were embossed with versamark and gold embossing powder on Whisper White card then mounted onto Brushed gold card.

As this beautiful stylish star is no longer available I decided to do another card using the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set. Of course, any image can be used.

I have spent the day making cards today so I will share them with you over the next few days.
Till then
😊Happy Stamping😊

Bird punch and Language of Friendship

Hi all

Today's card uses Language of Friendship stamp set with the co-ordinating bird punch and Boho Blossoms punch for the flowers. The card stock is Real Red, Pacific Point and Very Vanilla.

When cutting the Very Vanilla and Pacific Point with the Adorning Accents Edglits, I cut them at the same time, (on top of each other) so that the two pieces match exactly. (Another card can then be made using the left over pieces.) The Labels Collection Framelits cut the Real Red and Pacific Point on which the bird was attached. Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder was used on the Very Vanilla card. The ink is Real Red and the happy birthday sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and cut with the Bitty Banners Framelits. A small pearl was used for the eye of the bird, and a large one for the centre of the flowers.

Till next time
😊Happy Stamping😊

Countryside and Woodgrain embossing folder

Hi everyone

I was playing around today with embossing powders. I was wanting something a bit different for this wheelbarrow so I used silver ink and black emboss powder which turned out more a pewter look. I didn't want pure black and was happy with this result. I then subtly coloured the wheelbarrow with Soft Suede, the grass with Old Olive and the bird with Cherry Cobbler using the blender pen.

The card colours are Early Espresso and Very Vanilla. I embossed the Very Vanilla with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder from the holiday catalogue and brayered with Soft Suede. Then I tore the edges for a rustic look and sponged all the edges with Soft Suede as well.
The labels Collection Framelits were used for the wheelbarrow and Birthday wishes, and the sentiment is from Bring on the Cake stamp set.

That's all till next time
😊Happy Stamping😊
