If you like colouring with Stampin’ Blends, like I do, the Perfectly Penned Designer Series Paper (#159244) is just for you. This has black & white designs which can be used as is or you can colour them as I have for this easy card.
I chose a variety of Stampin’ Blends Colours - Real Red (#154899), Granny Apple Green (#154885), Pale Papaya (#155519), Highland Heather (#154887), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Tahitian Tide (#159221). This was matted with Basic Black card (#121688).
I wrapped the retired black Glittered Organdy Ribbon around the card front then attached it to the Basic White base card (#159228).
“Happy Birthday” from the Art Gallery stamp set (#158201) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) then cut with a Seasonal Labels Die (#156299). Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the sentiment to the card. The Heart Pearls (#159190) were added to the card.
