Perennial Postage dies

 Hi friends,

I used the Perennial Postage dies (#162607) to cut the sentiment and the coloured card.

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder (#164695) and matted it with Basic Black card (#121688). This was attached to the Basic White base card.

The coloured cards are Daffodil Delight (#121680), Pumpkin Pie (#108601), Azure Afternoon (#161728) and Real Red (#106578).

The flowers from the Year Of Flowers stamp set (#165367) were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were cut with the co-ordinating Year Of Flowers dies (#165374). When the flowers are stamped it includes a different month of the year for each flower. This is actually cut off when using the dies. A great tip when matching the dies with the stamp is the dies have a number on it corresponding to the month, i.e. January has number 1, February has number 2 etc.

I glued the flowers to the coloured card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

The sentiment is from the same stamp set. This was also cut with a Perennial Postage die. However there isn't one the size I wanted, so I cut it as shown below by cutting 3 sides, then repositioning the die to cut the other side.

I matted the sentiment with Basic Black card. This and the coloured cards were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The retired Dragonfly Trinkets were added to complete the card.
