True Love Designer Series paper

Sorry for my absence lately but have had a lot on. I am taking a bit of a break over the next few weeks, but hope to get the occasional card made to put on the blog.

I am still loving the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) which I have used again on todays card.

The Stampin’ Blends to colour the floral image are- Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Pale Papaya (#155519), Purple Posy (#154896), So Saffron (#154905) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

The card front was stamped with a border from the Elegantly Said stamp set (#155095) using Basic Gray ink (#149165). Using the Stamparatus (#148187) made it easy to stamp the border. The Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon (#144213) was wrapped around the card front, then the card front was attached to the Basic Gray card (#121689). The base card and card front are Basic White (#159228).

The sentiment from the Many Messages stamp (#154510) was stamped with Basic Gray ink and cut with the co-ordinating Messages Die (#154422). The sentiment and flowers were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I added the Silver Raindrops from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials (#155567).

True Love Designer Series Paper

Hi friends,

The True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) is currently one my favourites especially for colouring with Stampin’ Blends.

For a change I used the Shimmery White cardstock (#121717) which has a lovely subtle shimmer. I dry embossed the card front with the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder (#151801) then matted this with the Champagne Foil Sheets (#144748).

The flowers were fussy cut and then coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Petal Pink (#154893), So Saffron (#154905), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155611), Pale Papaya (#155670), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Soft Sea Foam (#154902).

The stamped leaves are from the Forever Fern stamp set (#152559) and they were stamped with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). A die from the co-ordinating Forever Flourishing dies (#152714) cut the leaves. The leaves from the Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) were cut with dies from the Floral Heart dies (#154306) and attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The coloured flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155766) was attached to the card under the sentiment. Best wishes from the Borders Abound stamp set (#152627) was stamped with Fresh Freesia ink (#155611) and cut with a Stitched Rectangles die (#151820). 

As usual I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add glimmer to the flowers and leaves.

True Love Designer Series Paper

Hi,

I made a similar designed card to this recently using the World Of Good Specialty DSP so here is one using True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281). It’s easy to make and a great way to use some leftover DSP.

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The spotted DSP was punched with the Banner Triple punch (#138292). The floral DSP was matted with Poppy Parade card (#121694).

I stamped the daisy from the Daisy Lane stamp set (#149325) with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). I stamped 2 images and punched them with the Daisy Punch (#143713) and put them together with Mini Glue Dots (#103683), offsetting the petals. The daisy was then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment is from Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595) and also stamped with Poppy Parade ink. I cut it with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820). Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to attach the sentiment.

There are no retiring products on today’s card.

Stitched Nested Labels Dies

The retiring products on this card are the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638) and Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends (#154898).

The base card is Basic White (#159228). I cut strips of the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) and used them for the background. A Stitched Nested Labels Die was used the cut the Basic White label which was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

I fussy cut the flowers which are also from the True Love DSP. These were coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Highland Heather (#154887), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Rococo Rose (#154900), Rich Razzleberry (#154898) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). I added glimmer to the flowers with the Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897). I also attached the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set (#154421) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). I cut this with the Messages Die (#154422). I daubered the edges of the sentiment with Highland Heather ink (#154887), then attached it to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The beautiful embellishments are the Pastel Pearls (#154571).

True Love Designer Series Paper with Stampin’ Blends

Hello friends,

After fussy cutting these flowers from the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281), I coloured them with Stampin’ Blends.

The colours used are Granny Apple Green (#154885), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Highland Heather (#154887) and Poppy Parade (#154958). 

The base card is Basic White (#159228), with Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) as the next layer. I used one of the dies from the Ornate Layers Dies (#152726) to cut the detailed border at the top & bottom of the Basic White card front.

I cut a circle using a Layering Circles Die (#151770) and then dry embossed this with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder (#152725). I attached a Gold Hoop Embellishment (#152474) to the circle using Mini Glue Dots (#103683), making sure these would be under the flowers and sentiment so as not to be visible.

The sentiment is from the Many Messages stamp set (#154510) and cut with the Messages Die (#154422). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109129), and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I lightly daubered the edge of the sentiment with Crumb Cake ink (#147116).

The flowers and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the card was completed by adding the (retired) Wonderful Gems.

True Love Designer Series Paper

Welcome everyone,

These flowers from the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) are so easy to colour with the Stampin’ Blends. This DSP is Black & White so can be left as is or coloured - either way looks great but I have enjoyed colouring the flowers.

The colours used are Poppy Parade (#154958), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). The wreath is cut with a Wreath Builder Die (#152722) from Granny Apple Green card (#147014).

The Basic White (#159228) cardfront was dry embossed with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder (#149634), then the edges were daubered with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). I attached the wreath using Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The Gold Trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack (#192475) was attached to the card and the flowers were placed on top using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment was stamped with Poppy Parade ink, and is from the Many Messages stamp (#154510) and cut with the co-ordinating Messages Die (#154510). I added the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457) to complete the card.

True Love Designer Series Paper

Hello again everyone,

I have used so much of this beautiful True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) and have loved colouring the beautiful flowers. Of course you can just use the black & white designs or add colour or use a bit of both as I have on today’s card.

I punched a circle using the 2” Circle Punch (#133782) from the DSP, then coloured the flowers in the circle. The Stampin’ Blends used to colour the flowers are Poppy Parade (#154958), Mango Melody (#154888), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Purple Posy (#154896), Rococo Rose (#154900), Highland Heather (#154887), Rich Razzleberry (#154898), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Magenta Madness (#153106) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

I cut another circle from Real Red card (#106578) using the Layering Circles Dies (#151770) and attached the coloured DSP circle to it.

The rectangular piece of DSP was attached to a piece of Real Red card, then I attached the Vellum (#106584) on top. The circle was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The Real Red Double Stitched Satin Ribbon (#151155) was wrapped around the cardfront before attaching this to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The sentiment is from the Many Messages stamp set (#154510) and cut with the co-ordinating Messages Die (#154422). I cut the Real Red card to matt the sentiment using a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690). To finish the card I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to each of the centres of the coloured flowers.

True Love Scrapbook page

Hi everyone,

Here’s a scrapbook page for a change. Wish I had more time for scrapbooking but I always seem to run out of time.

I had cut all the flowers from the inside of this page of True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) for cards, so decided to use the outside for this scrapbook page. Can’t waste these beautiful flowers.  I fussy cut around the flowers, leaving it in one piece. I coloured the flowers and leaves with a variety of Stampin’ Blends - Granny Apple Green (#154885), Old Olive (#154892), Mango Melody (#154888), Rococo Rose (#154900), Poppy Parade (#154958), Cherry Cobbler (#154880), Balmy Blue (#154830), Calypso Coral (#154881), Highland Heather (#154887), Rich Razzleberry (#154898), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Magenta Madness (#153106) and Purple Posy (#154896). I then attached this paper to the 12”x12” Basic White cardstock (#159231). 

The photos were matted with Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) and Basic Black card (#121688). I attached the Square Vellum Doilies (#152484) to the page.

“Happy Birthday” is cut with the Well Written dies (#151816) from Gold foil sheets which had Adhesive Sheets (#152334) attached to the back for ease of attaching.

True Love DSP and Stampin’ Blends

Hello again,

I have had so much fun colouring the flowers from the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) and I have made so many beautiful cards with them.

I fussy cut the flowers and coloured them with Stampin’ Blends - Highland Heather (#154887), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

The Basic White card (#159228) for the background was coloured using the Blending Brushes (#153611). The inks used were Flirty Flamingo (#147052), Daffodil Delight (#147094) and Highland Heather (#147103). The leaves from the Vines Design stamp set (#154488) was stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095). I then dry embossed the card with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder (#154317).

I attached this card to the Flirty Flamingo card (#141421) then to the Basic White base card.

I attached the Metallic Mesh Ribbon (#153550) to the card and the flowers were placed on top using Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). “Celebrate” is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set (#151331) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink and also attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added the Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) to the card.

True Love Designer Series Paper

Hi again my stamping friends,

I really do love this True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) which is black and white and gives you the option of colouring it which is what I have done with the flowers. How vibrant are these colours!!

I have fussy cut and used many of the flowers from this pack for my own cards and for classes, so have found I have many of the flowers from the outside edge of the DSP unused. Of course we don’t like to waste anything, so decided to use the edge flowers for this card, by placing them around the edge of the geometric DSP from the same pack.

The flowers and leaves were coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Poppy Parade (#154958), Mango Melody (#154888), Highland Heather (#154887), Rococo Rose (#154900), Melon Mambo (#153112), Calypso Coral (#154881), Magenta Madness (#153106), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Purple Posy (#154896) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). I used the Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755) to attach the flowers to the DSP.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#151595). I stamped this with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708), then re-stamped it with VersaMark (#102283) and sprinkled it with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). To do the stamping this way you need to use the Stamparatus (#148187), so that you can stamp in exactly the same place each time. This technique allows you to use any colour ink and have it heat embossed. The die to cut the sentiment is from the Potted Succulents dies (#154330). I attached the sentiment to the card with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals (#150893).

The white card for the sentiment and base card is Basic White (#159228). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897) to add some glitter to the flowers.

True Love Designer Series Paper & Stampin’ Blends

I have used a variety of Stampin’ Blends to colour the True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281). There is a lovely variety of designs in this pack suitable for colouring or you can just use the Black & White images. Either looks great.

The Stampin’ Blends used are Purple Posy (#154896), Highland Heather (#154887), Rococo Rose (#154900), Blackberry Bliss (#154877), Rich Razzleberry (#154898), Petal Pink (#154893), So Saffron (#154905), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Crumb Cake (#154882) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). This was attached to the Basic White card (#159228) which I had dry embossed with a Meadow Moments Embossing Folder (#153126).

The edges of the card front was sponged with Rich Razzleberry ink (#147091) and then attached to the Basic White base card.

“Happy Birthday” from the Happy Thoughts stamp set (#154507) was stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink. I used the Hippo & Friends Dies (#153585) to cut the sentiment and the Rich Razzleberry card under the sentiment. The Gold Trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo pack (#152475) was attached under the sentiment, and the sentiment was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

True Love Designer Series Paper

Hi Ladies & Guys,

The True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) has beautiful floral & geometric designs in black & white but you can add your own colour which I have done with Stampin’ Blends.

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The background and the flowers are from the True Love DSP. I fussy cut the flowers and coloured them with the following Stampin’ Blends - Poppy Parade (#154958), Mango Melody (#154888), Highland Heather (#154887), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Granny Apple Green (#154885).

I stamped the sentiment from the Dandelion Wishes stamp set (#151345) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card. I did this using the Stamparatus (#148187) as I wanted to clear emboss the sentiment. Once I stamped the black ink, I cleaned the stamp then re-stamped with VersaMark (#102283), then added the Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This gives a shine to the ink, and can be done in any colour ink to co-ordinate with your card.

I then cut this with a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690) and attached it to the DSP. The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the trio of Matt Black Dots (#154284) were attached to the card.

True Love Designer Series Paper

The True Love Designer Series Paper (#154281) consists of a beautiful range of Black & White floral & geometric images. They can be used as is, or you can add colour as I have done for todays card.

I coloured the floral paper with the following Stampin’ Blends - Granny Apple Green (#154885), Mango Melody (#154888), Highland Heather (#154887), Real Red (#154899), Poppy Parade (#154958), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Old Olive (#154892), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Rococo Rose (#154900) and Calypso Coral (#154881).

I coloured the geometric pattern paper (which is the reverse side of the floral) using Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) with a Blending Brush (#153611). The strip of card between the 2 pieces of designer paper is Mango Melody (#147013). The base card is Whisper White (#106549).

The sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set (#154507) was stamped with Mango Melody ink (#147093), then cut with a die from the Hippo & Friends Dies (#153585). After sponging the edges with Mango Melody ink, the sentiment was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and a Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewel (#151193) was added.
