I love this new Hearts Border Punch (#133784), which I have used for this Baby card.
The base card is Rose Red (#108613) as is the ink (#126954). I punched a piece of Pink Pirouette card (#116203) with the Hearts Border. The ribbon is 5/8" Organza Ribbon (#114319). Congratulations and the duck are from the Embellished Events stamp set (#c126497, #w131984). Baby, We've Grown stamp set (#c126497, #w131984) is where you will find Sweet Baby. The Framelit used to cut this is from the Chalk Talk Framelits (#129983). I added one of the little hearts to the tag, that was punched out from the border. Congratulations is punched with the Modern Label (#119849) and attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The DSP is from the Subtles Colour Collection (#130135).
