Extraordinary Life

 Hello again friends,

I have used both the Extraordinary Life dies (#167718) with the Bordered In Beauty bundle (#167557) again today.

I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Florals stamp set (#167440) with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver Powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was stamped onto Garden Poetry Designer Series Paper (#167113), then cut with a die from the Extraordinary Life.

The crosshatching and butterflies are from the Bordered In Beauty stamp set (#167555). The crosshatching was stamped with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). The butterflies were silver embossed and cut with the co-ordinating Bordered In Beauty die (#167556). I cut the individual butterflies from a 3rd row of butterflies.

The sentiment was taped to the Basic White base card (#166781). The butterflies were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The Basic White card was matted with Poppy Parade card (#121694) and then attached to the Basic White base card.

Extraordinary Life Bundle

 Hi friends,

The Extraordinary Life Bundle (#167719) is a great set for both card making and Memory Keeping, making it very versatile.

The butterflies from the Extraordinary Life stamp set (#167713) were stamped with Basic Black Hybrid Stampin’ Pad (#166648) on Basic White card (#166781). They were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883).

The butterflies, heart, sentiment and the “page” were all cut with the Extraordinary Life dies (#167718). I used Lost Lagoon card (#133686) for the heart and Pretty Peacock card (#150886) for the sentiment. The “page” was cut from Nature Walk Designer Series Paper (#166912).

I cut a piece of Pretty Peacock card with a die from the Bordered In Beauty dies (#167556) and attached this to the right side of the Lost Lagoon card. The Nature Walk DSP was attached on top, followed by the die cut piece of DSP. The leaf was cut with a Delicate Whispers Die (#167505) using Pretty Peacock card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). This was attached to the card.

The heart was dry embossed with the Lazy Daisy Embossing Folder (#167196). “Just Because” from the Fabulous Sayings stamp set (#167972) was stamped on Pretty Peacock card, with VersaMark (#102283) and I used White powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165679) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The butterflies, heart and sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Gilded Wings Accents

 Hello again everyone,

A quick and easy card using 3 of my favourite things - butterflies, purple & gold.

I cut the 4 pieces of card to give an Ombre look using Bubble Bath card (#161727), Fresh Freesia card (#155614), Highland Heather card (#147010) and Gorgeous Grape card (#147011). The sizes are 9cm x 2.5cm, 9cm x 3cm, 9cm x 3.5cm and 9cm x 4cm.

I dry embossed the coloured card with the Joined Together Embossing Folder (#165170). This is still available from the Last Chance products.

These were taped to a piece of Basic White card (#166781) - 9.5cm x 13.9cm, then attached to the Basic White base card.

The butterflies are from the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953) which will be available in the July On Line Exclusives.

The retired Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems were added to the card. I chose not to add a sentiment to the card.

Botanical Expressions die

 Hello again my friends,

The Botanical Expressions die (#168152) has been used to cut the leaves on this card.

I placed the die on an angle to cut these leaves from Basic White card (#166781). I then dry embossed the card with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). As I didn't want the leaves embossed I just put the white card in the folder so it embossed the top area, then repeated on the bottom area. This was then matted with Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and attached to the Basic White base card.

The frame for the sentiment and the 2 sentiments are from the Exciting Times stamp set (#167875). The frame was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used Gold powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was punched with the co-ordinating Rounded Rectangle Punch (#167880).

“Happy Birthday” and “Let’s Celebrate” were stamped with Pretty Peacock ink. “Let’s celebrate” was cut with a Nested Essentials die (#161597). The edges of the sentiments were daubered with Pretty Peacock ink, then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The birds are from the retired Adhesive Backed Dragonflies & Birds.

Scalloped Blooms

 Hello everyone,

I have used the Scalloped Blooms dies (#167646) for today’s card.

I used the largest Scalloped Blooms circle die to cut the Basic White base card (#166781). The base card was scored & folded in half and I cut the 2 pieces at one time with the die as shown below.

I used the same die to cut the Hydrangea Hue card (#167688) and attached it on top of the base card.

Using the next size smaller die I cut the Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper (#167498) and a piece of Basic White card (for the inside). The DSP was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment from Phrases & Frames stamp set (#167581) was stamped with Hydrangea Hue ink (#167677). The sentiment and the Hydrangea Hue card behind the sentiment were cut with Scalloped Blooms dies. These die cut pieces were taped to the card.

For the inside, I cut a small amount from the top to fit it into the card. The edges were daubered with Hydrangea Hue ink and I stamped the leaf from the Delicate Whispers stamp set (#167500.

To finish the card I added the butterflies from the 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies (#167656).

 Hello stamping friends,

I need a few masculine cards, so the Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper (#167920) is perfect, along with the Relaxing Waterside Bundle (#167928).

This DSP includes 2 pages of designs suitable for card fronts, and I have used one on this card. I attached this to a piece of Lost Lagoon card (#133686) which was dry embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder (#164049). This was attached to the Basic White base card (#166781).

I stamped the chair from the Relaxing Waterside stamp set (#167922) with Lost Lagoon ink (#161678) and the grass was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083). The chair and grass were cut with the Relaxing Waterside dies (#167927).

“Thinking Of You” is from the All Aflutter stamp set (#167564) and punched with the Three Banner Punch (#167050).

The chair, grass & sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Pretty Party Kit

 Hello friends,

There is a large range of kits available from Stampin’ Up! and today I have used the Pretty Party Kit (#167998). You can follow the instructions or you can put your own spin on the cards. I have changed these slightly.

I took one base card and cut it in half, as there is a design on the back & front of the base card, then cut it to suit the Basic White base cards (#166781) to make 2 separate cards.

One of the sentiments from the stamp set included in the kit was stamped with Highland Heather ink (#147103) and the other with VersaMark (#102283) with Gold powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). These were stamped onto the labels from the kit.

“Birthday Wishes” was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I added retired embellishments to the card.

For the second card I added the die cut part balloon with Stampin’ Dimensionals then attached the sentiment. The Embellishments are from the kit.

 Welcome everyone,

I have a sneak peek of 2 new products which will be available in the July Online Exclusives. The die to cut these leaves is the Botanical Expressions die (#168152).

These were cut on the Coastal Cabana card (#131302). I then dry embossed the lower part with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (#167179). This was taped to the Basic White base card (#166781).

The butterfly is the other sneak peek and is in the Gilded Wings Accents (#169953). There is a full 12”x12” page of die cut butterflies of all sizes in gold, ready to attach to any project. I attached this with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Happy Birthday” from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set (#167639) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Gold from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). A die from the Nested Essentials (#161597) was used to cut the sentiment, then I attached it with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The embellishments are the retired Tinsel Gems.

Nested Essentials Dies

 Hello friends,

I have used 2 of the Nested Essentials dies (#161597) to cut the beautiful Velvet Meadow Specialty Designer Series Paper (#167904).

This paper has flocked designs on one side of each page. These die cut pieces were attached to the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Designer Series Paper (#168197). This was matted with Berry Burst card (#144249).

The sentiment is from the Delicate Whispers stamp set (#167500). This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). A die from the Fragrant Layers dies (#167154) was used for the sentiment.

The White Bakers Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack (#155475) was threaded through the holes of the frame for the sentiment and attached at the back of the card front. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to attach the sentiment.

Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper

 Hello friends,

The Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper (#167920) includes 2 pages of designs suitable for card fronts and I have used one of them on today’s card.

This DSP was attached to the Azure Afternoon base card (#161728). “Wonderful” was cut with a die from the Wonderful Scenes dies (#168665) - (a Paper Pumpkin add on). I used Azure Afternoon card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), so just remove the backing and attach the word to the card. “Friend” is from the Wild Bunch stamp set (#167987) which is the June Product Of The Month. This was stamped with Azure Afternoon ink (#161663) and cut with the Three Banner punch (#167050). “Friend” was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The bikes are from the Bikes & Blooms Paper Pumpkin kit stamp set. They were stamped with Azure Afternoon ink and Calypso Coral ink (#147101), then fussy cut. The bikes were attached with tape and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Bikes & Blooms June Paper Pumpkin

 Hi again friends,

I just received my Bikes & Blooms June Paper Pumpkin kit so I have just had time to make just one of the quick & easy cards.

I have made this card as shown in the instructions except I changed the sentiment but also included in the kit. These kits include everything you need to make 9 cards, including envelopes, ink spot and stamp set.

The bike is printed onto the card so I stamped the butterflies onto the card, the sentiment onto the label and the flowers onto the co-ordinating die cut piece. The flowers & sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals, also included in the kit.

Kits are great to have on hand for a last minute card or if you just want a quick & easy card.

Phrases & Frames Bundle

 Hello again friends,

The dies from the Phrases & Frames Bundle (#167587) are “impression dies” which cut and emboss with extra detail, by using the Impressions Plate (#167767). These 2 frames on todays card have used these dies.

To use the dies, cut as usual with card. Then remove the base number 3 plate, so you have plates 1 & 2. Turn the die with the cut out upside down on plate 2, add the Impressions Plate on top, followed by the grey plate number 4. Roll this through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine to get a beautifully embossed piece.

I used the Hydrangea Hue card (#167688) for the 2 frames. The Basic White card front was dry embossed with the Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder (#167946). This was matted with Hydrangea Hue card and attached to the Basic White base card.

“Happy Anniversary” from the Phrases & Frames stamp set (#167581) was stamped with Hydrangea Hue ink (#167677). The frames & sentiment were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishments are from the 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies (#167656).

Geared Up Garage

 Hello everyone,

I have made this fancy fold card for my grandson who loves cars, so I have used the retired Geared Up Garage stamp set for the car.

I stamped the car with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Copper powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was cut with a Garage Gears die (also retired).

The base card is 15cm x 29.7cm (the length of an A4 card). Along the long side, I scored this at 4.9, 9.8, 14.7 & 19.6. The Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393) was attached to the panels.

I cut another piece of Basic White card (#166781) 17 x 10cm and scored in half at 8.5. This was attached to the 1st & 4th panels. The Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper (#165901) and a piece of Basic White card were dry embossed with the (retired) Timber Embossing folder and attached to the Basic White card.

I used stamps from the Gears & Textures stamp set (#166851) for the “inside” of the card using Pecan Pie ink (#161665), Early Espresso (#147114), Crumb Cake (#147116) and Night Of Navy ink (#147110).  The numbers are also cut from the Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper.

The sentiment from the Notes Of Spring stamp set (#167979) was also Copper embossed. This was cut with a Perennial Postage dies (#162607). The car and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
