A very quick and easy card using the Number of Years stamp set (#p140653).
The leaves and greeting are stamped with Pool Party ink (#126982) and the flowers and banner with Blushing Bride (#131172). The banner is cut with the Framelit from the Large Numbers Framelits Dies (#140622) and attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The DSP is from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper (#140557) and the cardstock is Blushing Bride (#131287) and Whisper White (#106549). I added some small Pearl Basic Jewels (#119247) to the flowers.
