I am sure you are just as excited as me waiting for the new catalogue. I have another sneak peek today. This card was made at a team day put on by Kim Gavarra with a couple of little additions. Thanks Kim. The Tranquil Textures suite is just beautiful and will be great for a variety of cards for everyone.
The Sea Of Textures stamp set (#c146488, #w146485) and the Under the Sea Framelits (#146334) are available in a bundle - Sea of Textures bundle (#c148358, #w148357) which of course means a 10% saving. Fresh Fig card (#144248) was used for the base. Then I mounted the DSP from the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper (#146331) onto a piece of Night Of Navy card (#106577). I cut the pieces on the sides from Vellum Cardstock (#106584) using a die from the Under the Sea framelits. This was cut in half before assembling on the card. I stamped the seaweed images on the DSP with Night Of Navy ink (#147110) and Fresh Fig ink (#147144). The octopus was stamped with Night Of Navy and cut with the co-ordinating die. I also cut the seaweed and starfish from Tranquil Tide card (#147146) and Night of Navy card. I added Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to the blue parts of the octopus. The sentiment is stamped with Fresh Fig onto Whisper White card (#106549), then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used Dimensionals and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) for the octopus and Mini Glue Dots (#103686) for the seaweed and starfish.
