The Bokeh Dots stamp set (#c148113, #w148110) have 2 stamps - this one I have used on todays card and one with the typical Bokeh dots. These “DISINKTIVE” stamps create different opacities in a single stamped image.
I stamped the Bokeh Dots image with Balmy Blue ink (#147105) onto Whisper White card (#106549). I then attached this to a slightly larger piece of white card. The Balmy Blue card (#147007) was embossed with the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#139672) and attached to the Whisper White base card. The balloons from Balloon Celebration (#p140675) have been stamped with Balmy Blue ink and punched with the Balloon Bouquet punch (#140609). One of the balloons was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I added sparkle to the balloons with the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897). Happy Birthday is cut with the Happy Birthday Thinlits (#143700) using Silver Foil Sheet (#132178), which I had adhered the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet (#144106) to the back before cutting. This adhesive sheet is great for the more detailed cutouts and makes it so easy to adhere it to the card - just remove the release paper on the back and stick it to the card.
