Layers Of Beauty

 Hello friends,

The Layers Of Beauty Bundle (#163519) consists of the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514), Layers Of Beauty dies (#163518) as well as the Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks (#163517). There are 5 masks which make it very easy to colour the image.

I stamped the floral image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). Each mask is numbered so use the masks in order from 1-5. With the first mask in place I used Highland Heather ink (#147103) with a Blending Brush (#153611) making sure the first layer of colour is light. For the next 2 masks I used Gorgeous Grape (#147099). I applied the ink for the 3rd mask so it was darker than the 2nd mask. For the leaves I used Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and again a lighter cover for mask 4 and a darker cover for mask 5.

The Granny Apple Green card (#147014) and Gold Foil (#132622) for the leaves, and the stamped image were all cut with the Layers Of Beauty dies.

I dry embossed the Highland Heather card (#147010) with the So Swirly Embossing Folder (#163791). The strip of Regal Distressed Patterns Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164037) was attached to the card front.

The stamped image was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The leaves were backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

“Thinking Of You” from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink and cut with a Peaceful Season Die (#164020) and attached to the card. I added the Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) to the card. Glimmer was added to the flowers with Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897).

 Hi again friends,

The Layers Of Beauty Bundle (#163519) consists of the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514), Layers Of Beauty dies (#163518) and the Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks (#163517) and are all used for todays card.

The floral image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Very Vanilla card (#106550). I added the colour using the masks and Blending Brushes (#153611). The inks are Peach Pie (#163810), Coastal Cabana (#147097) and Daffodil Delight (#147094). I very lightly coloured the first layer for the lighter shade then added more colour of same ink to get the darker colour. The image was then cut with the co-ordinating die.

For the card front I attached a piece of the white patterned vellum from the Graceful Greenery Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164118) to the Peach Pie card (#163800). I wrapped the Peach Pie 3/8” Bordered Ribbon (#163783) around the card front, then attached it to the Very Vanilla base card.

The sentiment from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) was stamped with Coastal Cabana ink (#147097) and cut with a Nested Essentials die (#161597).

The floral image and sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers. The small leaves cut with the Layers Of Beauty Dies and using Coastal Cabana card (#131302), backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) were attached to the card. The embellishments are Adhesive-Backed Dappled Dots (#163353).

Layers Of Beauty

 Hello crafty friends,

The Layers Of Beauty Bundle (#163519) includes the stamp set, dies and decorative masks. These masks make it so easy to colour the stamped image.

I stamped the floral image from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). Then using the numbered masks I applied the ink with Blending Brushes (#153611). The inks used are Real Red (#147084), Granny Apple Green (#147095) and Daffodil Delight (#147094). This was then cut with the Layers Of Beauty Dies (#163518).

The leafy frame from the Citrus Blooms dies (#163294) was cut from Granny Apple Green card (#147014), backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334). There is an outline die as well as the detailed leafy die to cut this piece. I also cut a piece of Basic White card with the outline die and dry embossed this with the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder (#163483). The detailed die-cut piece was adhered to the White card, then this was taped to the Basic White base card.

I cut the sentiment with dies from the Wanted To Say dies (#161594) using Real Red card (#106578) and Basic White card. The white card was backed with Adhesive sheet, making it easy to attach to the Real Red background.

The stamped floral image was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The sentiment was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio (#163319) embellishments were added to the card.
