Swallowtail

Hi
Yesterday I went to a card class with Susan Luke and we made this beautiful card using the very large butterfly from the seasonal catalogue. I love butterflies but wasn't sure how I would use this as it it quite large, but just love this card. Thanks Susan.
I stamped the butterfly so it went onto the back as well, as shown below, and added stamped images from the French Foliage set.
A second butterfly was embossed with gold, then sponged Cajun Craze and More Mustard ink to colour the wing, then cut out and mounted with Dimensionals over the original one. The flower was coloured by adding a couple of drops of Cajun Craze ink to water and swirling the flower in it. Once dried it was then sponged with Cajun Craze to highlight the edges.

Then the finished card folded
