Beautiful Banners

Hello,

I'm back after a couple of very busy days. This is a banner I made for the craft day that I had.

The stamp set for these banners is the Beautiful Banners (#p141891).  I stamped with VersaMark (#102283) onto Whisper White card (#106549), then used Gold Embossing Powder (#109129) which was heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). All the banners were cut with the Banners Framelits (#132173). The Elegant Eggplant card (#108614) was used for the base of the banners. The smaller banner was stamped with Wisteria Wonder ink (#126985) and attached at the back of the larger banner. I attached the banners to the 5/8" Gold Satin Ribbon (#134547) using hot melt glue.

That's all today,
Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Best Birds

Hi,

I am organising a craft day with a variety of crafts for this weekend so this is one of the cards I have for those who have never stamped before.

They will have a choice of birds from the Best Birds stamp set (#p141525) and co-ordinating Birds & Blooms Thinlits (#141477). The bird on the first card was cut from Real Red card (#106578) and the second bird was stamped with Real Red ink (#126949), then cut with the Framelits. The base card is Real Red with Whisper White (#106549) for the card front. Happy Birthday on the 1st card is from the Best Birds stamp set and the greeting on the 2nd card is from Guy Greetings stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178). Both sentiments are stamped with Real Red ink. The flourish is from the Falling Flowers stamp set (#c139556, #w139553) and stamped with Pear Pizzaz ink (#131180). Th DSP is from the Brights Designer Series Paper Stack (#138434). The birds were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

I still have a lot to do so that's all today.

Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Balloon Celebration

Welcome,

I thought the balloons worked well with this DSP from the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack (#141642).

The base card is Island Indigo (#124390) and Very Vanilla (#106550) was used to mat the DSP, and for the background behind the border piece which was cut with a Framelit from the Flourish Thinlits (#141478). The balloons from Balloon Celebration stamp set (#p140675) were stamped onto Rose Red card (#108613), Pool Party (#124391) and Crushed Curry (#131288) with Rose Red ink (#126954), Pool Party ink (#126982) and Crushed Curry ink (#131173). The balloons were punched with the Balloon Bouquet punch (#140609). The strings for the balloons, also from the Balloon Celebration set, were stamped with Basic Black Archival ink (#140931). The middle balloon was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Have a great day.
Happy Stamping!

Circle Of Spring

Hello,

The stamps I have used on this card are from the Circle Of Spring stamp set (#p138964).

I used Whisper White card (#106549) for the base card, the wreath and greeting. The Rose Red card (#108613) was embossed with the Seaside folder (#141481). I stamped the wreath using VersaMark (#102283) and Silver Embossing Powder (#109131). Thankfully, there is a co-ordinating Framelit to cut this which is the Wonderful Wreath Framelits (#135851). I coloured the flowers and leaves using the Blender Pens (#102845) with Rose Red ink (#126954), Daffodil Delight (#126944) and Pear Pizzaz (#131180). The wreath was attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). I stamped the bow on a piece of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper (#135315) with Rose Red ink, then cut it with the bow from the Wonderful Wreath Framelits. I attached this to the wreath with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683). The greeting is cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) and I used the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for the scalloped oval underneath the greeting. I attached the top oval to the scalloped oval with Dimensionals.

That's all for today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

May Flowers Framelits

Hi again,

For this Thank You card I have cut the flower with the May Flowers Framelits (#140276).

The cardstock is Whisper White (#106549) and Dapper Denim (#141419). I stamped the background with the "splotches" from the Touches Of Textures stamp set (#c143251, #w141934) using Dapper Denim ink (#141394), then re-stamped with Peekaboo Peach ink (#141398). The Softly Falling Embossing folder was used to emboss the white card. I glued the flower onto the card with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755) then added the Dapper Denim 3/8" Ruched Ribbon (#141424) to the top of the card. Thank You is from the Rose Wonder stamp set (#p140697) and stamped with Dapper Denim ink. This was then punched with the Decorative Label punch (#120907) and attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Have a great week.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!

Serene Scenery DSP Stack

Hello and welcome,

A very easy card using the Serene Scenery DSP Stack (#141642) for the card background.

I chose Delightful Dijon card (#138345) for the base card to co-ordinate with the DSP and Basic Black card (#121688) was used to mat the DSP as well as using it for the Butterfly and "wish". The butterfly is cut with the Bold Butterfly Framelits (#138135) and "wish" is from the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits (#141474). I stamped "Birthday" with Basic Black Archival ink (#140931) and this stamp is from the Thoughtful Banners stamp set (#p141614). I attached the butterfly to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (104430) and I added Metallic Enamel Shapes (#141678) to the centre of the butterfly. "Wish" has been glued with the Mulitpurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

That's all today,
Happy Stamping!

Country Livin'

Hello,

Here's a male card using the guitar from the Country Livin' stamp set (#c141925,#w141922).

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550) and I have also used Early Espresso card (#121686). I embossed the base card with the Seaside embossing folder (#141481). The splotches were stamped on the background from the Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514) using Crumb Cake ink (#126975). Next I stamped the Guitar on a separate piece of card with Early Espresso ink (#126974), then without re-inking stamped it onto the background. I cut the guitar from the separate card and attached it over the stamped image, (slightly off centre) using Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The sentiment is from Guy Greetings stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178) and also stamped with Early Espresso ink.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!

Flourish Thinlits

Hi,

Today I have been making a variety of wallets. These are great when you are wanting to give someone a card and include money or a gift voucher.

The measurements for the Very Vanilla card (#106550) are : 22.5cm x 9cm for the outside card
                                                                                                 21.5cm x 8cm for the inside
10cm x6.5cm for the left hand side
                                                                                                 10cm x 5cm and 10cm x3cm for the right hand side

The 2 longer pieces are folded in half. I did some paper piercing on the smaller pieces, then using the So Saffron Stampin' Write marker from the Subltles Collection (#131263), I drew the "stitches". I used the Decorative Label punch (#120907) to cut the piece from card that will be on the left side of the wallet. I taped a piece of Window Sheet (#142314) behind this cut out. I sponged the edges of all of the pieces with So Saffron ink (#126957) then repeated with Crumb Cake ink (#126975) as I was trying to get more of a gold colour and this worked well. Each of the pieces were attached with the Tear &Tape Adhesive (#138995). Remember when taping these pieces, don't put tape on the top edges.
Now to the front, I stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Embossed with the Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder (#109129) using an image from Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514). The flower is cut from Elegant Eggplant card (#108614) using a Thinlit from the Flourish Thinlits (#141478).
The leaves and buds are cut from the Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) using the same Thinlits. These were all glued to the card with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). I added a gold Metallic Enamel Shape (#141678) to the centre of the flower. Celebrate is from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (#p140273), and stamped with Elegant Eggplant ink (#126969). The ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) and attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Here are some of the other wallets I made-

That's all for today.
Have a great weekend.

Happy Stamping!

Lovely As A Tree

Hello everyone,

I stamped these trees from Lovely As A Tree stamp set (#c127793, #w128655) using Early Espresso ink (#126974)

The cardstock is Early Espresso (#121686), So Saffron (#108611) and Very Vanilla (#106550). I stamped on the Very Vanilla card with an image from the Work Of Art stamp set (#c134114, #w134111) using Pear Pizzaz ink (#131180), So Saffron ink (#126957) and Soft Sky ink (#131181). As I only wanted a light colour for this background I used the stamping off method for each of these 3 colours. I then stamped the trees over the background. Happy Birthday is from the Rose Wonder stamp set (#p140697) and stamped with Early Espresso ink. I cut this with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) and attached it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

After making this card I decided on a variation making a "telescopic" card using the Layering Squares Framelits (#141708).

To make this I stamped the images onto the card, then positioned the 3 square Framelits on the card and cut them using the Magnetic Platform (#130658)

I sponged the edges of each of the squares with Early Espresso ink. The outside piece of card was taped to the base card. The next piece was attached with Foam Adhesive Strips (#141825). The next piece was attached with 2 layers of Foam Adhesive Strips and the inner square was attached with 3 layers of Adhesive Strips. Happy Birthday is from the Circle Of Spring stamp set (#138964) and also cut with the Layering Squares Framelits and attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

That's all today.

Happy Stamping!

Beautiful Banners

Hi,

The stamp set I have used here is the Beautiful Banners (#c141894, #w141891).

I stamped the border images with Wisteria Wonder ink (#126985) onto Whisper White card (#106549). I attached the Gold DSP from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack (#138435). The ribbon is Gold 5/8" Satin Ribbon. The stamped banner was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Embossing Powder (#109129) which was then heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I cut this and the Elegant Eggplant card with the Banners Framelits (#132173). The sentiment was stamped with Elegant Eggplant ink (#126969) and the ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706). The ovals were then attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Touches Of Textures

Hello again,

I have used several of the images from the Touches Of Textures stamp set (#p141934) on today's card.

I used Crumb Cake ink (#126975) to stamp along the bottom of the larger piece of Very Vanilla card (#106550) as well as the splotches behind the plant. The plant was stamped with Mint Macaron ink (#138326) and then I stamped the little flowers over the flowers stamped with Mint Macaron  with Peekaboo Peach ink (#141398). The coloured cardstock is Peekaboo Peach (#141422) and the 3/8" Ruched Ribbon is also Peekaboo Peach (#141427). Celebrate is from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (#p140273) and the banner is from the Numbers Of Years stamp set (#140653). The banner was cut with the Large Numbers Framelits (#140622) and attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Have a great day.

Country Livin'

Hello,

These boots are from the Country Living stamp set (#c141925, #w141922) and I stamped them with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed them with the Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder (#141636).

I used Whisper White card stock (#106549) as well as Dapper Denim141419). "On Your Birthday" is from the Time Of Year stamp set (#p141790). This is one of the Hostess sets. The ink used is Dapper Denim (#141394). When using photopolymer stamps, you will get a better stamped image if you place your card onto a Stampin' Pierce Mat (#126199) to stamp, as it gives you even pressure and ink coverage, especially with images like Birthday on this card. The white and blue squares are both cut to the same size, then I offset them when I attached them to the card.

That's all for today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!

Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack

Hello and welcome,

Today I have been "playing" with the Serene Scenery Designer Paper Stack (#141642). There is a great variety of backgrounds in this stack and I thought the one I used for this card worked well with the bird from Best Birds stamp set (#141525).

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550) and the other cardstock is Cherry Cobbler (#121681). I used the Thinlit from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (#141497) to cut the Cherry Cobbler card, then glued this using Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). The bird was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#126966) and cut with the Birds & Blooms Thinits (#141477). The bird was then attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). Happy Birthday from Best Birds stamp set is stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink.

Well, how easy is it to make a great card with a beautiful background like this.

Happy Stamping!

Butterfly Thinlits

Welcome,

I have used basically the same design on this card as I did for yesterday's card but using different stamp sets and Thinlits.

The cardstock is Melon Mambo (#119980), Whisper White (#106549) and Pink Pirouette (#116203). I stamped the flowers on the background using an image from the Love and Affection stamp set (#141545) with Melon Mambo ink (#126948) and Pink Pirouette (#126956). I then used 2 different designs of the Pop Of Pink Designer Washi Tape (#141649) along the bottom of the card. The Butterflies were cut with the Bold Butterfly Framelits (#138135) and the Butterflies Thinlits (#137360). The butterflies were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430), and I added the Pearl Basic Jewels (#119247) to the butterfly. Happy Birthday is from the Circle of Spring stamp set (#p138964), cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) and also attached with Dimesionals after sponging the edges with Melon Mambo ink.

I hope you are having a great weekend.

Best Birds

Hello ladies,

The bird and greeting, both from Best Birds stamp set (#p141525) have been stamped with Watermelon Wonder ink (#138323).

The base card is Watermelon Wonder (#138341) and I have stamped on Very Vanilla Card (#106550). I used the beautiful Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514) to stamp the background with Crumb Cake (#126975) and Soft Suede inks (#126978). The Washi Tape is retired but used this one because I wanted the glitter. The edge of the Very Vanilla card was sponged with Watermelon Wonder ink using a Sponge Dauber (#133773). The ovals for the greeting were cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) and the bird was cut with the Birds & Blooms Thinlits (#141477). The bird and greeting were both attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Love and Affection

Hello,

I have stamped the background here with 2 images from the Love and Affection stamp set (#p141545). They were stamped with So Saffron ink (#126957) and Soft Sky (#131181).

The cardstock is Whisper White (#106549) and Real Red (#106578). I stamped the large flower from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set (#c141534, #w141531) with Real Red ink (#126949) and cut this by hand. I then stamped it again with Crushed Curry ink (#131173) and cut the outside petals off. I attached this flower to the red flower with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The ribbon is Real Red 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon. The sentiment is also from the Love and Affection stamp set and stamped with Real Red ink. I added a White Perfect Accent to the flower centre and added that little bit of sparkle using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) to the petals.

Enjoy your day.

Floral Boutique DSP

Hello,

DSP makes it very easy to make a quick and easy card as I have done with this card.

The DSP is the beautiful Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper (#141663). This collection of designer paper is all in Night Of Navy and Whisper White so I have used Night Of Navy card (#106577) and Whisper White card (#106549) for this card. The butterfly was cut from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper (#135315). The butterflies are cut using the Bold Butterfly Framelits (#138135) and Butterflies Thinlits (#137360). The ovals were cut using the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706). The Whisper White oval was embossed with the Elegant Dots folder (#138287). "For You" is from the Vertical Greetings stamp set (#c141876, #w141873) and stamped with Night Of Navy ink (#126970).

Best Birds

Hi everyone,

This cute bird is stamped from the Best Birds stamp set (#p141525).

I used Soft Suede ink (#126978) to stamp the bird as well as the swirls from the Swirly Bird stamp set (#p141749) onto Whisper White card (#106549). The flowers are from the Best Birds set and stamped with Sweet Sugarplum ink (#141395) using the Stamping off method. "Thoughts of you" from the same set are stamped with Emerald Envy ink (#141396). I have used Emerald Envy card (#141420) for the base card and the Swirl cut with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (#141497). The swirl was attached to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755) and I used Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) to attach the bird.

That's all for another day.

Sweet Cupcake

Hello,

The Sweet Cupcake stamp set (#p141498) is a two-step set. As these are photopolymer stamps, it makes layering so much easier.

I only used 2 layers on both the base and the icing, instead of the 3 layers. The icing was stamped with Real Red ink (#126949), one layer was stamped using the Stamping off method to give a lighter colour. The base of the cupcake was stamped with Marina Mist ink (#126962), also using the stamping off method for one of the layers. The base card is Whisper White (#106549). The ovals were cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) from Real Red card (#106578) and Marina Mist card (#121682). Happy Birthday from the Time Of Year stamp set (#p141790) was stamped with Real Red ink. The Cupcake Cutouts Framelits (#141474) were used to cut the cupcakes and "wish". "Wish" was glued with the Mulitpurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). The icing for the cupcake was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). I finished the card by using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) to add some sparkle to the icing.

Touches Of Textures

Hi,

Another simple card today using the Layering Squares Framelits (#141708).

After I cut the 2 squares. I temporarily placed the Whisper White (#106549) square onto the larger piece of White. I then stamped the flowers from the Touches Of Texture stamp set (#c143251, #w141934) using Mint Macaron ink (#138326), so it was stamped onto both pieces of card. The White square card was then attached to the Flirty Flamingo card (#141421), then this was attached to the larger whisper white card, so it is back in the same position that it was stamped. (Hope you can understand what I am trying to say). The butterfly is from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set (#c123759, #w132058) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink (#141397), then punched with the Bitty Butterfly punch (#129406) I attached this with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). Happy Birthday is from the Best Birds stamp set (#p141525) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink. The base card is also Flirty Flamingo.

That's all for today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!

Framelits

Welcome,

Framelits make life so much easier when card making. I have used 3 different sets of Framelits on this card for my Brother-in-law.

The base card is Whisper White (#106549) and I stamped Happy Birthday on this from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set (#c139471, #w139167) using Cherry Cobbler ink (#126966). Then I stamped an image from the Mixed Borders stamp set (#p141932) with Marina Mist ink (#126962) next to the sentiment. The banners were cut with the Banners Framelits #132173) and I used Cherry Cobbler card (#121681) and the DSP is from the Pop Of Pink Specialty Deigner Series Paper (#141648). The numbers were cut with the Large Numbers Framelits (#140622) using Marina Mist card (#121682). The Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706) were used to cut the oval. The old car from Guy Greeting stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178) was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink. I hand cut this and attached this to the oval with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The oval was also attached with Dimensionals. The numbers were glued with Multipurpose Liquid glue (#110755).

Have a great weekend.

Best Birds with Birds & Blooms Thinlits

Hello,

I couldn't find the right DSP to suit the photos on these scrapbook pages, so I stamped my own.

I matted the photos with Pacific Point card (#116202) and Wild Wasabi (#111850) as these colours were a perfect match to the colours in the photos. 12"x12" Very Vanilla card from the Neutrals Collection (#131187) was used for the background. I stamped around the edges with an image from the Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514) with Wild Wasbi ink (#126959) using the Stamping Off method. I stamped the 2 birds with Pacific Point ink (#126951) and all the birds were cut with the Birds & Blooms Thinlits. I used So Saffron card (#108611) for the yellow birds. The branches were stamped with Wild Wasabi ink and this stamp is also in the Best Birds stamp set and the Thinlit is from the Birds & Blooms Thinlits. Then I stamped with an image from the Best Birds stamp set (#p141525) using Crumb Cake ink (#126975) to create a subtle background behind the birds. The swirl under the title is cut with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (#141497) from Crumb Cake card (#121685). The title was cut with an electronic cutter using Wild Wasbi and Pacific Point card.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Flourish Thinlits

Hi and Welcome,

Here's a very simple but elegant card using the Flourish Thinlits (#141478). Just change the sentiment for a card for any special occasion.

The Whisper White base card was embossed with the Elegant Dots folder (#138287). I stamped the sentiment from the Rose Wonder stamp set (#p140697) with VersaMark (#102283) and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder (#109131). This white card was taped to a piece of Night Of Navy card (#106577) showing only a small amount of colour. The flourish was cut from the Silver Foil Sheet (#132178) and glued to the card with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).

When using the more intricate Thinlits you will need to use the Precision Base Plate (#139684) in the Big Shot (#143263). This steel plate cuts the more detailed Thinlits much easier. Another product which is very useful is the Die Brush (#140603), which also includes a foam pad. Gently roll the brush over the cut image to remove the small cut pieces from the dies. It's important not to press hard with this brush.

That's all today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Vintage Leaves

Hello,

These leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set (#p138802) have co-ordinating Framelits which are the Leaflets Framelits Dies (#138283).

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550) and the other cardstock is Cajun Craze (#121683) and Crushed Curry (#131288). The leaves were stamped with Crushed Curry ink (#131173), Cajun Craze (#126965) and Always Artichoke (#126972). Happy Birthday from the Butterfly Basics stamp set (#c138816, #w138813, #p137154) was also stamped with Always Artichoke ink. I embossed the 2 smaller pieces of Very vanilla card with the Elegant Dots folder (#138287). I finished the card by adding some Copper Metallic Thread (#141696) and a small White Perfect Accent (#138416).

That's all for another today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Pop Of Pink Specialty DSP

Hi Ladies,

The colours in the Pop Of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper (#141648) are Melon Mambo, White, Black and gold foil. The DSP on this card shows 2 of the designs with Melon Mambo and White.

I used Whisper White (#106549) for the base card, the balloon and the icing for the cupcake. Melon Mambo card (#119980) was used for the base of the cupcake, the candle and behind the DSP. Happy Birthday from Circle Of Spring stamp set (#p138964) was stamped with Melon Mambo ink (#126948). The icing, candle and cupcake base were also stamped with Melon Mambo ink. I have only stamped one image for the cupcake but you can use the 2 step stamping and stamp it with the 3 different images. The cupcake was attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The balloon was punched with the Balloon Bouquet punch (#140609) and the cupcake and candle were cut with the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits (#141474).

That's all for today.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Scrapbook pages

Hello again,

I keep promising myself to do more scrapbooking but it just doesn't seem to happen, but this week had a chance to do a double page.

I chose red and grey to coordinate with the cardigan and of course the stripes as well. The 12" x 12" Real Red cardstock is from the Brights 12"x12" cardstock (#1311860 and the red stripe paper is from the Brights Designer Series Paper Stack (#138434). The grey DSP is retired. The black card is Basic Black A4 cardstock (#121688) and the smaller pieces of red card is A4 Real Red (#106578). The No.1 is cut with the Large Numbers Framelits (#140622). The letters are stamped with the Numbers Of Years stamp set (#p140653) using Real Red ink (#126949) and these were cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706). The squiggle and cupcake were cut with the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits (#141474). Whisper White card (#106549) was used to stamp the letters on, as well as Happy Birthday and the icing for the cupcake. The stamp set for the cupcake is Sweet Cupcake (#p141498). Happy Birthday is from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set (#c139471, #w139167) and cut with the Framelit from the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits. A Real Red Stampin' Write Marker from the Brights Collection (#131259) was used on the banner where there are some score lines.

Have a great week.

Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Guy Greetings

Hello,

Time for a masculine card and for this I have used the Guy Greetings stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178).

The base card is Basic Black (#121688) and the other cardstock is Real Red (#106578), Whisper White (#106549) and Pop Of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper (#141648). The tools from the Guy Greetings stamp set was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Black Embossing powder (which is now retired). I used the Lots Of Labels Framelits (#138281) to cut this and the black card. I used Real Red ink (#126949) to sponge the edges of the White card as well as to stamp the greeting. The greeting was cut with a Framelit from the Project Life Cards & Labels (#135707). The greeting and black card were attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Have a great day.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!

May Flower Framelits

Hello,

There is so much choice in beautiful images available in the Stampin' Up! Framelits and Thinlits. I have used the May Flowers Thinlits (#140276) on this card for the flowers and leaves.

For the base card and large flower I used Watermelon Wonder card (#138341). The leaves are cut from Garden Green card (#108605) and the small flower was stamped on Whisper White card (#106549). This flower is from the Falling Flowers stamp set (#c139556, #w1395530 and stamped with Crushed Curry ink (#131173) and I coloured the petals with Daffodil Deight ink (#126944) using a Blender Pen (#102845). The background was stamped with various images from the Touches Of Texture stamp set (#c143251, #w141945) using Crumb Cake ink (#126975), Crushed Curry ink and Garden Green ink (#126973). The sentiment from Mixed Borders stamp set (#p141932) was stamped with Garden Green ink and cut with one of the Layering Ovals Framelits (#141706). The edges of this was sponged with Watermelon Wonder ink (#138323). The large flower and leaves were glued with the Fine Tip Glue Pen (#138309. The small flower was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) and I added a White Perfect Accent (#138416) to the flower.

The weekend is here again, so have a good one.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.
