I have used Timeless Talk stamp set (#126607) for this quick and easy card.
The other stamp sets used are Gorgeous Grunge (#130517) and Bring On The Cake (#121958). Card stock used are Whisper White (#106549), Wisteria Wonder (#124389) and Elegant Eggplant (#108614). Ink is Wisteria Wonder (#126985) and Elegant Eggplant (#126969). The flags are made using the Bitty Banners Framelits.
