The tag for the Happy Birthday is from the Everything Eleanor stamp set (#c124164, #w131987) and stamped with Crumb Cake ink (#126975). This was hand cut, then I sponged the edges also with Crumb cake. This was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).
The Very Vanilla base card (#106550) was embossed with the Decorative Dots folder (#133520). I punched Basic Black card (#121688) using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon (#119275). Using the Artisan Label punch (#130920), I punched from Bermuda Bay card (#131286), Melon Mambo (#119980) and Hello Honey (#133685), and placed these on the black "ribbon". The flowers from Petite Petals (#c133155, #w133152) have been stamped using Bermuda Bay ink (#131171), Melon Mambo (#126948) and Hello Yellow (#133643). These flowers are then punched with the coordinating Petite Petals punch (#133322). I attached these with Stampin' Dimensionals, then added Pearl Basic Jewels (#119247).
