Here's a cute little card I have seen, so this is my version. (The one I saw was on a blog - Do Stamping with Dawn.)
I cut the card 27cm x 15cm and scored at 9cm and 18cm for 3 even sides. Then, using the Decorative Label punch (#120907) I punched by just putting the card half way in the punch and this form the "legs". The cardstock used is Daffodil Delight (#121680), Basic Black (#121688), Crushed Curry (#131288) and Whisper White (#106549). The flowers on the front are from the hostess set I Like You (#c133958, #w133955) and stamped with the Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). Then, using Blendabilities I coloured the image. The colours I used are Daffodil Delight (#130998), Cherry Cobbler (#130995) and Old Olive (#130999). This was then cut with one of the Framelits from the Circle Collection (#130911) and the edges were sponged with Crushed Curry ink (#131173). Happy Birthday from Itty Bitty Banners stamp set (#c126257) is cut with the Bitty Banners Framelits (#129267). The sentiment inside the card comes from the Petite Pairs stamp set (#c122497, #w128706). The ballon is from Sketched Birthday (#c130426, #w130423). I cut the Crushed Curry card using the Small Scallop Rotary Cutting Blade (#129410).
Till next time,
Happy Stamping,
Lesley.
