The new Stampin' Blender pens will be available for purchase on 1st November. This is the first chance I have had to do any blending with them. I know I am not very good at shading but was reasonably pleased with my first attempt, but will still need lots of practice.
I stamped the flower onto A4 Whisper White Thick cardstock (#140490) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The rose was coloured with the dark and light Daffodil Delight and the leaves with dark and light Old Olive. For You is from the Birthday Blooms stamp set (#c140658, #w140655) and also stamped with the Memento ink. The base card is Daffodil Delight (#121680), I sponged around the white card with Daffodil Delight ink (#126944), then added some sequins from the Iredescent Sequin Assortment (#144212).
