Thoughtful Expressions

 Hi friends,

This flower is from the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set (#162815) and coloured with Stampin’ Blends.

The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). The flowers were coloured with the Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blends (#163828) and the leaves with Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends (#161682). For the flower centre I used Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends (#161673). I cut this image with the now retired Thoughtful Expressions dies.

I stamped the Leaf Collection background stamp (#163610) with VersaMark (#102283) onto Basic White card. I used White Embossing Powder (#165679) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I then very lightly coloured this with Lemon Lime Twist ink (#147147) using a Blending Brush (#153611). I always like to start with the colour lighter and add extra if you want it darker. You can always add colour but difficult to remove it.

I taped a triangle of the Petunia Pop from the 2024-2026 In-Color 6”x6” Designer Series Paper Assortment pack (#163777) to the stamped card front. Then I attached the Petunia Pop Bordered Ribbon (#163785) around the card front. This was matted with the Petunia Pop card (#163802), then attached to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment from the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set was stamped with Petunia Pop ink (#163811). The sentiment and the border around the sentiment were cut with a die from Unbounded Love (#163383) This die cuts the 2 pieces so I used the inside part with the sentiment then cut the Petunia Pop card and only used the outside frame. The sentiment was taped to the card and the frame was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

The gold trim from the Gold & Silver 1/8” Trim Combo Pack (#161633) was attached to the card and the flower was attached on top with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The trio of embellishments are from the 2024-2026 In-Color Shimmer Gems (#163781).
