Nests Of Winter Designer Series Paper

 Hello friends,

The Nests Of Winter 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#164183) has a beautiful range of images, including these two used on today’s card.

One sheet of DSP allows you to cut 6 card fronts all with slightly different images. This was used for the card front. I then cut a bird from another sheet using a Deckled Circles die (#162286). The Copper Clay card (#161730) was cut with the next size die. This was attached to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The DSP was matted with Copper Clay card and attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

“Happy Birthday” from the Loveliest Tree stamp set (#163714) was stamped with Copper Clay ink (#161647). A die from the Greetings Of The Season (#164112) was used to cut the sentiment. This die has a hole at one end to allow you to thread ribbon through it. However I didn't want the hole, so I partly cut with the die from the end without the hole, turned the die around and re-cut the other end.

A quick and easy card using Designer Series Paper.

Trucking Along

 Hello friends,

A masculine card today using the Trucking Along stamp set (#162299).

I stamped the blue for the truck with Night Of Navy ink (#147110) using the stamping off method. To do this, ink your stamp, stamp it on scrap paper then stamp onto your card. This gives a lighter image. I then stamped the outline image of the truck with VersaMark (#102283) and sprinkled it with Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). The Trucking Along Builder Punch (#162305) was used to punch the truck.

I cut the Cherry Cobbler card (#121681) and the Silver Foil Sheet (#163387) with Nested Essentials dies (#161597). The sentiment is from the Loveliest Tree stamp set (#163714) and was stamped with Night Of Navy ink. This was also cut with a Nested Essentials die.

The card front is from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393). I stamped the timber grain from the Textured Timber Stamp set (#163656) with VersaMark & Silver embossing powder onto the left side of the DSP. The card front was matted with Cherry Cobbler card and attached to the Basic White base card.

The truck was attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Chantilly Lace

 Hi friends,

I have stamped the beautiful lace from the Chantilly Lace stamp set (#163683).

The lace was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) onto the top and bottom of a piece of the Meandering Meadows 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#162736). I sprinkled this with the Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was matted with Silver Foil Sheet (#163387) and Blueberry Bushel card (#146991). The card was then attached to the Basic White base card.

The butterfly from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) was stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138) and cut with a Sketched Butterfly die (#163491). The 2 smaller butterflies are also cut with these dies from Blueberry Bushel card.

“Thinking Of You” is from the Sketched Butterfly stamp set and also stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink. I used a die from the Everyday Details (#162864) to cut the sentiment. The butterflies & sentiment were all attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The embellishments are from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack (#161623). I used Clear Wink of Stella (#141897) on the 3 butterflies to add some glimmer.

Country Woods Designer Series Paper

 Hello crafty friends,

An easy masculine card using the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393) and the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274).

I stamped the woodgrain from the Textured Timber stamp set (#163656) on the right side of the Basic White card front (#159228) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). I also stamped another image from this set on a smaller strip of card with Early Espresso ink (#147114).

I attached 2 of the deigns from the Country Woods DSP and the smaller stamped card to the card front. I cut another piece of DSP with a Deckled Circles Die (#162286) and attached that with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Pool Party ink (#147107) and cut with another Deckled Circles die. This was also attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The tools from the Trusty Tools stamp set were stamped with Early Espresso ink and coloured with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (#154882) and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends (#154904). These tools were cut with the Trusty Tools dies (#162722) and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The card front was matted with Pool Party card (#124391), then attached to the Basic White base card.

Autumn To Remember Scrapbooking Workshop Kit

 Hello friends,

I am so excited to see the new Scrapbooking products from Stampin’ Up! There are kits, two-tone cardstock, designer papers, stamp sets and stickers all designed for scrapbooking. I have used the Autumn To Remember Scrapbooking Workshop Kit (#166502) for this page. This kit includes enough products for 3 double page layouts. All the instructions are included which makes it so easy for cutting and assembly. Of course you can change it to suit your photos and how you like to scrapbook. This is my variation.

All the elements on this page are from the kit except the title and the diamonds under the letters. I cut the Crushed Curry (#131288) diamonds with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183). The letters are cut with an electronic cutter using Old Olive card (#106576). The letters were glued to the squares with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). All others elements were taped.

Magnolia Mood

 Hello stamping friends,

This flower is from the Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507) which includes the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) and Magnolia Mood dies (#163506).

I stamped the magnolia with Smoky Slate ink (#147113) onto Basic White card (#159228). I coloured this with Stampin’ Blends - Peach Pie (#163827), Soft Sea Foam (#147102), Old Olive (#154892), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and 1000 (#159465). I cut this floral image and the detailed image with the Magnolia Mood dies.

I wanted this detailed die cut to be glossy so I stamped it all over with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165679) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The Oxidised Copper 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162190) was matted with Peach Pie card (#163800). The Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon (#163783) was wrapped around the card front, then attached to the Basic White base card. I attached the detailed white die cut with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the stamped floral image with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

I stamped the “timber grain” from the Textured Timber stamp set (#163656) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). Then I stamped the sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) with VersaMark & Copper Embossing Powder from the Metallics (#165678), and set it with the Heat Tool. The die to cut this is from the Christmas Labels (#164100). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments (#164223) were added to the card.

Changing Leaves Hybrid

 Welcome friends,

The Changing Leaves Bundle (#164139) consists of the Changing Leaves stamp set (#164351) and the Changing Leaves Embossing Folder which also includes the dies (#164138). The embossing folder and dies can be used together or separately.

I inked the large leaves with Pecan Pie (#161665) then I added Calypso Coral ink (#147101) around the edges using a Sponge Dauber (#133773)  then stamped this onto Basic White card (#159228). I cut and embossed the leaves with the folder & die. The other leaves were also cut with the dies using Pecan Pie card (#161726) which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

The card front is from the Thoughtful Designs 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#163317). This was matted with Basic Black card (#121688), attached to Calypso Coral card (#124392) then onto the Basic White base card.

The sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Calypso Coral ink and cut with a Changing Leaves die. The large leaves and sentiment were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishments are from the Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Adhesive-Backed Dots (#164204).

Thoughtful Journey

 Hello friends,

The beautiful Thoughtful Journey 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#163303) has been used for the background on this card.

I attached the DSP to a piece of Basic White card (#159228), then matted it with Fresh Freesia card (#155614). The Petunia Pop Bordered Ribbon (#163785) was wrapped around the card front. This was attached to the Basic White base card.

I used one of the Thoughtful Wishes dies (#163313) to cut the branch of flowers. I used Fresh Freesia card backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334), making this detailed die-cut easy to attach to the card.

“Birthday Wishes” from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Petunia Pop ink (#163807). The sentiment and the Fresh Freesia card were cut with the Nested Essentials dies (#161597). This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (#163781) were added to the card.

Layered Florals Embossing Folder

 Hello & welcome again,

I have been playing with variations of the “blackout” technique. This technique involves dry embossing, then adding black ink to the embossed card. As well as the black ink, I have also used Pecan Pie ink (#161665) and White & Silver Embossing powders.

Firstly I added colour to the Basic White card (#159228) using ink and Blending Brushes (#153611). The inks I used are Shaded Spruce (#147088), Azure Afternoon (#161663), Crushed Curry (#147087), Real Red (#147084) and Gorgeous Grape (#147099). Next I embossed the card with the Layered Florals Embossing Folder (#162935). When I dry embossed this card I wanted to use the de-embossed side, so when I put the card into the folder I had the coloured side facing to the back of the folder.

For the first card, I wiped the Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) over the card for the blackout effect. I then decided to wipe VersaMark (#102283) over the card, then add the Clear from the Wow! Basics Embossing Powder (#165679) and set this with the Heat Tool (#129056). This gave a nice shine to the card. I matted the card with Shy Shamrock card (#163793) and wrapped the Shy Shamrock Bordered Ribbon (#163787) around the card. The sentiment from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) was stamped with Shy Shamrock ink (#163808). A Christmas Labels Die (#164100) was used to cut the sentiment and then attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

For the 2nd card I used Pecan Pie ink and again Clear embossed it. The sentiment was cut with a Wild Ferns die (#162654). Bubble Bath card (#161727) was used to matt the card front and for the “banners” under the sentiment. A Nested Essentials Die (#161597) was used for the banners.

For the 3rd card I heat embossed the card with Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). The sentiment is from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283), stamped with Crushed Curry ink (#147087) and cut with a Labelled With Love die (#163570). The Ribbon is the Silver from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo pack (#161633).

Finally, for the 4th card I used White Embossing Powder from the Basics Powders. The ribbon is a retired Gorgeous Grape ribbon. The sentiment is from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756), stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink and cut with a Christmas Labels die. The Gorgeous Grape card (#147011) was used to matt the card and for the label under the sentiment that was cut with a Something Fancy die (#160424).

The base card for all the cards is Basic White.

Brushed Gold Cards

 Hello again friends,

I have used one side of the Brushed Gold Cards (#162177) for the card front on this Anniversary card. These cards have the gold design on the front & back of the card which you can use as is, however I cut the card which gives me 2 card fronts.

I dry embossed the card front with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder (#162189) then matted it with Gorgeous Grape card (#147011).

“Happy Anniversary” from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). A die from the Peaceful Season dies (#164020) was used to cut this. I threaded the (retired) Gorgeous Grape ribbon through the sentiment and wrapped it around the card front. The base card is Basic White (#159228).

The leaves & flowers are from the Regal Flora stamp set (#164157). The leaves were stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and the flowers with Gorgeous Grape ink. These were cut with the Regal Flora dies (#164033). I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the leaves and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) for the flowers.

I brushed the Pearlised Enamel Affects basics to the flowers and added the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems (#161288) to finish the card.

Regal Flora Bundle

 Hello,

I am using the same Regal Flora Bundle (#164034) today, but this time using more subtle colours for a totally different look.

I stamped the flowers from the Regal Flora stamp set (#164157) with Boho Blue ink (#161650), Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) and Highland Heather ink (#147103). The leaves were stamped with Garden Green ink (#147089). The flowers & leaves were cut with the co-ordinating Regal Flora Dies (#164033).

I stamped the dots on the Basic White card front (#59228) with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). This was matted with Highland Heather card (#147010) then attached to the Basic White base card.

I added the White Pearlised Enamel Effects Basics (#156310) to the flowers with a brush to add shimmer & dimension. The leaves and blue flowers were attached to the card with Mini Glue dots (#103683) and the other flowers were attached with Mini Dimensionals (144108).

The clear embellishments from the Pecan & Clear Ribboned Adhesive-Backed Dots (#164204) were added to the centre of the flowers. I also added the Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (#162611) to the card.

Regal Flora

 Hello stamping friends,

The Regal Flora Bundle (#164034) consists of the Regal Flora stamp set (#164157) and the Regal Flora Dies (#164033). These are also part of the Regal Winter Suite Collection (#164040). These are now available to order from the new Mini Catalogue

I matted the DSP from the Regal Winter 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#164156) with Pretty Peacock card (#150886), then attached it to the Basic White base card (#159228).

I cut Blackberry Bliss card (#133682), Pretty Peacock card and Basic White card with one of the dies from the Regal Fora dies. This die cuts the large “label” as well as the thin outline with the one die. I attached the 2 pieces of Pretty Peacock card to the card front, followed by the Blackberry Bliss and the outline of the basic white.

The flowers, leaves and sentiment are from the Regal Flora stamp set. I used Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) for the flowers, Lost Lagoon ink (#161678) & Pretty Peacock ink (#1500830 for the leaves and Blackberry Bliss ink (#147092) for the sentiment.

The flowers & leaves were cut with the Rega Flora dies and the sentiment with a Delicate Forest die (#162679). The leaves were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) for the flowers & sentiment.

The Regal Foiled Adhesive-Backed Dots (#164038) were added to the card.

Designer Series Paper

 Hello,

I love designer and specialty papers and they make it easy for a quick & easy card like this one.

The 2 background papers are from the beautiful Regal Distressed Patterns 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164037). I matted the smaller piece with the Textured Metallic 12”x12” Specialty Paper (#163772).

The sentiment is from Winterly Tree Tops stamp set (#164184) and stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083). I used a Greetings Of The Season die (#164112) to cut the sentiment. As I wanted to thread the ribbon through this, I re-positioned the die to cut the hole on the other end. The Gold ribbon from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo pack (#161633) was wrapped around the card front. The base card is Basic White (#159228).

I cut the birds from the Nests Of Winter 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#164183) with a Winterly Tree Tops die (#164064). These dies also co-ordinate with the same image in the Winterly Tree Tops stamp set.

The birds were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I added the Blooming Pearls (#162238) to finish the card.

Sketched Butterflies

 Hello stamping friends,

I often use a touch of black to make a colour pop, like on this card with the Petunia Pop colours.

I stamped the butterflies from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490), using VersaMark (#102283) with Black embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165679). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The co-ordinating Sketched Butterflies die (#163491) was used to cut the butterflies.

The Petunia Pop DSP from the 2024-2026 In Color 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#163777) was matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and Petunia Pop card (#163802). I wrapped the Petunia Pop Bordered Ribbon (#163785) around the card front then attached it to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The Labelled With Love dies (#163570) were used to cut the 3 Basic White labels. The sentiment from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set was stamped with Petunia Pop ink (#163811). These were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The butterflies were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add glimmer to the butterflies.
