Hello stamping friends,
I love all the Designer Series Papers and I am sure you are like me and have plenty of “scraps” lying around. For today’s card I have used some scraps from the Thoughtful Journey 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#163303).
I taped the pieces of DSP to the Basic White card front (#159228). The edges of the card front was daubered with Blackberry Bliss ink (#147092) then attached to the Basic White base card.
I stamped the image from the Everyday Details stamp set (#162861) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). This was coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Blackberry Bliss (#154877), Mossy Meadow (#154890), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Peach Pie (#163827) and Balmy Blue (#154830). I added Glimmer to the image with the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897).
I used an Everyday Details die (#162864) to cut the stamped image and the Blackberry Bliss card (#133682). I taped these together offsetting the card to matt only 2 sides. This was then attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
“Happy Birthday” from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Blackberry Bliss ink. This was cut with a Greetings Of The Season die (#164112). As I wanted the die to cut closer to the letters, I cut close to the “H” then I repositioned the die to cut the other end close to the “Y”. I taped the sentiment to the card.
