Hello again my friends,
There are many new products in the new mini catalogue and Online Exclusives, including the Simply Beautiful Bundle (#166980) as used on todays card.
The 3 layers for the flower were cut with the Simply Beautiful dies (#166964). The bottom layer is Gorgeous Grape (#147011), the middle layer is Highland Heather (#147010) and the top layer is Fresh Freesia (#155614). I used Lemon Lolly card (#161729) for the stamens. These were layered together using Mini Glue Dots (#103683).
The leaves from the Simply Beautiful stamp set (#166958) were stamped with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) onto Soft Sea Foam card (#147012). These were cut with the Simply Beautiful dies. I also daubered extra Soft Sea Foam ink on parts of the leaves.
The Basic White card front (#166781) was dry embossed with the Stone & Vine 3D Embossing Folder (#166990). I then lightly wiped the Soft Sea Foam ink pad over the embossed card. This picks up the ink colour on higher areas of the embossing. The card front was matted with Gorgeous Grape card and attached to the Basic White base card.
The flower was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves were attached with Mini Glue Dots.
