Blessings Of Home

Hello stamping friends,

The Blessings Of Home Bundle (#157939) which consists of the Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) and the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938) is another of the retiring products.

I stamped the floral image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). I used a variety of Stampin’ Blends to colour this - Polished Pink (#155520), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Soft Succulent (#155521), Balmy Blue (#154830), Highland Heather (#154887), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Pale Papaya (#155519), Pool Party (#154894), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) & Old Olive (#154892). The Old Olive was used on the larger leaves but I wasn’t happy with the colour against the other colours so I recoloured them with Soft Succulent and I liked the result. I then added Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to the flowers & leaves. This was cut with the Flowers Of Home Dies.

Ther card front was dry embossed with one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (#161598) and the edges were daubered with Highland Heather ink (#147103) then attached to the Basic White base card.

The Fresh Freesia Fine Shimmer Paper (#160428) was cut with dies from the Desert Details dies (#160531). This was backed with Adhesive sheet (#152334) so it was easy to attach it to the card front.

The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The gold Fine Shimmer Paper also had Adhesive Sheet on the back and the dies from the Flowers Of Home dies were used to cut the leaves.

The sentiment is also from the Blessings Of Home stamp set and stamped with Highland Heather ink. A Sending Die (#159271) was used to cut the sentiment and this was attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The embellishments are the Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems (#160412).

The retiring products are the Blessings Of Home stamp set, Flowers Of Home dies, Desert Details dies, Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends, Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends, Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends, Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems and Fine Shimmer Paper Pack.

Blessings Of Home

Hello stamping friends,

A pretty card using the beautiful floral image from the Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930).

I stamped this image with Tuxedo Black memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#159228). The Stampin’ Blends to colour this are Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Pale Papaya (#155519), Balmy Blue (#154830), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155518) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). This was then cut with a die from the Flowers Of Home (#157938).

The background is the Blushing Bride from the Brushstrokes 12”x12” Specialty Paper (#159250). I used the Stitched Greenery Die (#155451) for the stitched effect. This paper was matted with Basic Black card (#121688), then attached to the beautiful Iridescent Foil from the Rose Gold 12”x12” Specialty Paper (#159139). This foil picks up all the colours of the rainbow which makes it hard to photograph. The base card is Basic White.

The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The leaves were cut from the same Rose Gold Foil which had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) attached to the back and I used the Flowers Of Home dies.

The sentiment, also from the Blessings Of Home stamp set was stamped with Tuxedo Black memento ink and cut with a Sending Die (#159271). The embellishments are from the Fine Sparkle Adhesive-backed Gems (#159967).

TIP: If you don’t want to “waste” your specialty paper when using them to matt the card, as I have done on this card, you can cut a piece out of the centre which can’t  be seen once the other card is attached.

Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

Have you seen the gorgeous Pretty Prints 12’x12” Designer Series Paper (#159245). This pack consists of  6 designs in 4 different colours. I have used one of  the Calypso Coral designs.

The base card is Basic White (#159228). The bottom edge was cut with one of the Delicate Edges Dies (#159180). The DSP was attached to the card.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763). This is such a great set and currently my go to stamp set as it has popular sentiments in different sizes and font styles. There are 3 of each of Happy Birthday, Thinking Of You, Just a Note and Thank You, and 1 small Hello. I used the largest Happy Birthday. This was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I used a Stitched Rectangles die (#151820) to cut the sentiment.

The dies from Flowers Of Home (#157938) were used to cut the leafy pieces. I used the Mother Of Pearl Specialty Paper (#157666) which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). This makes it so easy to attach fine detailed pieces to your card.

The sentiment was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Polished Dots (#158134) were my choice of embellishments.

Flowing Flowers stamp set

Hello fiends,

Here is a very vibrant coloured card, and I think we can all do with something bright and cheerful at the moment.

I chose the colours for the flowers as they were 2 of the colours in the designer paper used on the background. This is from the Sunshine & Rainbows 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#158126). This is a Sale-a-bration product and will only be available till 16th March, so don't miss out on getting this beautiful paper.
The DSP is matted with Bermuda Bay card (#131286), then attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

I stamped the pink flower with Magenta Madness ink (#153117) onto Magenta Madness card (#153085). The other flower was stamped with Bermuda Bay ink (#147096) onto Coastal Cabana card (#131302). These flowers are from the Flowing Flowers stamp set (#157880). The flowers were fussy cut.

The leaves were cut with dies from the Flowers Of Home (#157938). I used Gold Foil (#132622) which had been backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Flowing Flowers stamp set and stamped with Magenta Madness ink. A Potted Succulent die (#154330) was used to cut the sentiment then it was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Iridescent Basic Rhinestones (#158130) were added to the card.

TIP: You can choose a free sale-a-bration product with every $90 you spend on Stampin’ Up! Products (in Australia). However time is running out so place your order before 16th March.

Blessings Of Home Bundle

Hello,

I find colouring is very relaxing, so I love colouring this beautiful floral image from the Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) with Stampin’ Blends.

The Stampin’ Blends used are Balmy Blue (#154830), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Pale Papaya (#155519), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Granny Apple Green (#154885) and Poppy Parade (#154958). A die from the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938) was used to cut the image.

The foliage was also cut with the Flowers Of Home Dies and I used Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) which had been backed with Adhesive sheet (#152334).

One of the designs from the Abstract Beauty 4”x6” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#158039) was used for the background. I used the Detailed Trio Punch (#146320) to punch the top left corner. This was then attached to the Basic White base card (#159228). The flowers were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430)

The sentiment is also from the Blessings Of Home stamp set and stamped with Night Of Navy ink (#147110). This was cut with the Messages Die (#154422) and taped on the flowers.

Shaded Summer stamp set

Hi friend,

The stamp set used on this card is the Shaded Summer stamp set (#155783). You may have been lucky enough to get the matching dies in a previous Sale-a-bration. However I have chosen not to use them on this card.

I stamped the floral image with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed this with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129156). The flowers were coloured with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (#154883) and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends (#154884). I used Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends (#154889) for the leaves. I cut this image and the Daffodil Delight card (#121680) with the Layering Diorama Dies (#155565).

I stamped the smaller floral image from the Shaded Summer stamp set on the Basic White card front (#159228) with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). I then coloured the background with a Blending Brush (#153611) and Daffodil Delight ink (#147094). I dry embossed the card front with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718).

I cut the greenery using the Flowers Of Home dies (#157938). The Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) before cutting with the dies. These were attached to the card and the Silver trim is from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766). The matted card was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Best Wishes” is from the Art Gallery stamp set (#158201) and stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052). The Messages Die (#154422) was used to cut the sentiment and attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The beautiful Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#158130) were added to the card.

Flowing Flowers stamp set

Hello friends,

I have used the Flowing Flowers stamp set (#157880) for all the stamped images on this pretty card.

I stamped the 2 floral images on the Basic White card front (#159228) with Balmy Blue ink (#147105) and Fresh Freesia ink (#155611). Then I dry embossed this with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718). The edges were daubered with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). The larger flowers were stamped with Poppy Parade ink and Mango Melody ink (#147093), then fussy cut.

I cut the greenery from Pear Pizzaz card (#131290) which had been backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) before cutting with the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938). I attached the greenery to the card front, then attached the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Happy Birthday” was stamped with Poppy Parade ink and I used an Ornate Frames Die (#159664) to cut the sentiment. Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to attach this to the card. I added the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#146924) to the red flower and Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#151193) to the yellow flower.

TIP: Stamp on the card before dry embossing to get the best result with the stamping.

Blessings Of Home

Hello friends,

I have just enjoyed 3 days of fun with the Stampin’ Up community (online) and having the chance of playing with new products which will be available in the January-June Mini catalogue. One of the bundles which will be available is the Blessings Of Home (#157939) and I love this gorgeous set. Here is the first of many cards using this product.

There are 2 floral images in the Blessings Of Home stamp set (#157930) and I stamped the smaller one onto Shimmery White card stock (#121717) which is used for the card front. I stamped the larger one on another piece of Shimmery White card and this was cut with a die from the Flowers Of Home Dies (#157938). Both images were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708).

I used a variety of Stampin’ Blends to colour the images including Granny Apple Green (#154885), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Petal Pink (#154893), Pool Party (#154894), Fresh Freesia (#155518), Pale Papaya (#155519), Ivory (#154922) & Pumpkin Pie (#154897).

After colouring the flowers on the card front, I dry embossed the card with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (#156505). I daubered the edges with Daffodil Delight ink.

I attached some Adhesive Sheet (#152334) to Granny Apple Green card (#147014) before cutting the small leaves from the Flowers Of Home Dies. I attached the  leaves and Gold Trim from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766) the the card, then attached the large die cut floral image with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). As usual I used the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) on the flowers, but it never seems to show in the photo.

“Thinking Of You” from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set (#158283) was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094), then cut with a die from the Ornate Frames (#150664). The Gold Trim was threaded through the tag and attached with Mini Dimensionals (#144108). The Genial Gems (#155500) finishes off this beautiful card.
