Two Tone Flora

 Welcome everyone,

I am using a variety of retiring products again for this card, including the Two-Tone Flora stamp set (#160844).

The flowers were stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink (#159216). The outline of the flowers were stamped with “full strength” ink and the inside was stamped using the stamping off method. To do this, ink the stamp as usual, stamp onto scrap paper to remove some of the ink, then stamp over the outline of the flower. This gives a lighter colour, so you only need 1 coloured ink to achieve 2 colours. The leaves were stamped with Lost Lagoon ink (#161678). The flowers and leaves were cut with Two-Tone Flora dies (#159181).

I cut the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper (#162593) with one of the Patchwork Pieces Die (#161592). The pieces were attached to a piece of Very Vanilla card (#106550), spreading the pieces slightly.

I cut another piece of Very Vanilla card for the “frame” using a die from the Darling Details dies (#161370). The card front was matted with Lost Lagoon card (#133686), then attached to the Very Vanilla base card.

The larger flower was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the small flowers & leaves.

“Congratulations” from the Translucent Florals stamp set (#162243) was stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink, then cut with a Happy Little Things die (#163709). Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to add this to the card.

The retiring products used here are the Two-Tone Flora stamp set & dies, Darling Details dies, Patchwork Pieces dies & Sweet Sorbet ink.

Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers.

Lifetime of Love Bundle

Hello friends,

These flowers and leaves are from Lifetime Of Love Bundle (#162584). This bundle consists of the Lifetime Of Love stamp set (#162574) and the Lifetime Of Love Dies (#162583).

I stamped the floral image with Smoky Slate ink (#131291). I usually stamp with Tuxedo Black memento ink when colouring but I wanted a more subtle colour for this card. This image was coloured with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends (#161675), Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends (#155518), Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends (#154902) and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends (#154894). This was then cut with the co-ordinating die.

I used Soft Sea Foam card (#147012), backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) for the leaves, and also cut with the Lifetime Of Love dies.

I used a Patchwork Pieces die (#161592) to cut the Basic White card (#159228) then dry embossed this with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder (#161600). This was attached to the Bubble Bath card (#161727), then taped to the Basic White base card.

The flowers were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensioanls (#144108) and the leaves attached to the card.

The sentiment from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set (#162940), a sale-a-bration product, was stamped with Fresh Freesia ink (#155611), then cut with a Nested Essentials die (#161597). This was also attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensioanls. The Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (#158987) were added to finish the card.

Merriest Trees

Hi again everyone,

I have used the Merriest Trees Bundle (#162048) for this Christmas card.

I stamped the tree from the Merriest Trees stamp set (#162043) with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) for the background and Lost Lagoon Ink (#161678) for the more detailed image. The dies to cut the tree are from the Merriest Trees dies (#162047). There are 5 different dies which can be used for the tree. There is one die that will cut the whole tree or you can cut the different layers to cut different size trees. I have cut all the layers then overlapped each layer slightly as I assembled them onto the card.

I cut a piece of the Garden Walk 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#162227) with one of the Patchwork Pieces dies (#161592) and attached this to a piece of card the same size as the die cut pieces. This was attached to the Basic White card (#159228) which was dry embossed with the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder (#162026). The edges were daubered with Sweet Sorbet ink (#159219). The base card is also Basic White.

The layers of the tree were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) for the string of decorations which were cut with the Merriest Trees dies. The baubles from the Merriest Trees stamp set were stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink and also cut with these dies. The presents were stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink & Crushed Curry ink (#147087). The pot for the tree and the presents were also cut with the dies from the same set. The star was cut from Gold Foil & Daffodil Delight card (#121680).

“Love & Joy” is from the Merriest Trees stamp set and stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink, then cut with a Cracker & Treat Box die (#159182). Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to attach this to the card. The gold embellishments are from the Gold Blooming Pearls (#162238).

Irresistible Blooms

Hello & welcome,

I have used the Irresistible Blooms Bundle (#161150) with the co-ordinating Hello, Irresistible 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#161139) on this card. These products can be found on the Online Exclusives along with many other products and can be found here - https://www.stampinup.com.au

I used one of the Patchwork Pieces Dies (#161592) to cut the DSP. This was matted with Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and Gold Foil Sheet (#132622). This was then attached to the reverse piece that I cut the Patchwork Pieces die. The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550).

I stamped the flowers from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set (#161140) using VersaMark (#102283) and adding Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and setting it with the Heat Tool (#129056). The flowers and leaves are cut with the Irresistible Blooms Dies (#161149) For the leaves I used Gold Foil. 

“Congratulations” is from the Translucent Florals stamp set (#162243). This set will be available in the next mini catalogue but as a demonstrator I was able to purchase it early. This was also Gold embossed then cut with a Waves Die (#158840).

The 2 smaller flowers and the leaves were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) for the larger flower & sentiment.

Beautiful Balloons

Hello again my friends,

This card using the Beautiful Balloons Bundle (#161457) would be great for any celebration.

The balloons are from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set (#161450) and I stamped these with Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138), Berry Burst ink (#147143) and Parakeet Party ink (#159208). These were cut with a die from the Beautiful Balloons dies (#161456).

I cut a piece of the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper (#161449) with one of the Patchwork Pieces Dies (#161592). These were attached to a piece of Basic White card (#159228) the same size then I finely matted it with Berry Burst card (#144249).

The Bubble Bath card (#161727) was dry embossed with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder (#160766) and attached it to the Basic White base card.

I attached the Gold Trim from the Silver & Gold Trim combo pack (#161633) to the balloons. The balloons were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The sentiment is from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set and stamped with Berry Burst ink. A die from the Tailor Made Tags (#155563) was used to cut the sentiment and attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The embellishments are the Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls (#160449)

Fun On Wheels

Hello again,

Here is a vibrant kids birthday card using the Fun On Wheels Bundle (#161217) and the Patchwork Pieces Dies (#161592).

I cut the different coloured card using one of the dies from the Patchwork Pieces. The card used for this is Real Red (#106578), Pumpkin Pie (#108601), Daffodil Delight (#121680), Garden Green (#108605), Orchid Oasis (#159265) and Blueberry Bushel (#146991). These pieces were glued to a piece of Basic White card (#15228), then matted with Tahitian Tide card (#159262).

“Happy Birthday” is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) and stamped with Tahitian Tide ink (#159210). This was cut with a (retired) Frosted Flurry die.

The scooter was also stamped with Tahitian Tide ink. I stamped the bike with Tuxedo Black memento ink (#132708). The Tahitian Tide card and Basic Black card (#121688) were both backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) before cutting these pieces with the Fun On Wheels Dies (#161216), then attached to the stamped bike.

Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the sentiment, bike & scooter.

Patchwork Pieces dies

Hello stamping friends,

I have made 2 cards today. I used one of the Patchwork Pieces Dies (#161592) to cut 2 designs of the Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper (#161139), then alternating the pieces on the cards.

Using Multipurpose Glue (#110755), I glued the pieces on the first card onto the Basic White card (#159228) and onto Pretty Peacock card (#150886) for the second card. For the first card the pieces were placed against each other but the other card I moved them apart slightly. The only problem with doing this is the edges don't match properly.

The flowers and leaves are from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set (#161140) and cut with the Irresistible Blooms dies (#161149). I used Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052) and Blackberry Bliss ink (#147092) for the flowers, and Pretty Peacock ink (#150083) for the leaves.

The stamped “Happy Birthday” is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) using Flirty Flamingo ink. The die cut “Happy Birthday” is cut with the Wanted To Say dies (#161594) using Basic White card and Blackberry Bliss card (#133682). I had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the Basic White card to attach it to the Blackberry Bliss card. Mini Glue Dots (#103683) were used to attach this to the card.

The flowers were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots. The Loose Frosted Dots (#161153) were adhered with the Fine Tip Glue Pen (#138309). For the first card the White card front was matted with Flirty Flamingo card (#141421). Basic White was used for both card bases.
