Pretty Party Kit

 Hello friends,

There is a large range of kits available from Stampin’ Up! and today I have used the Pretty Party Kit (#167998). You can follow the instructions or you can put your own spin on the cards. I have changed these slightly.

I took one base card and cut it in half, as there is a design on the back & front of the base card, then cut it to suit the Basic White base cards (#166781) to make 2 separate cards.

One of the sentiments from the stamp set included in the kit was stamped with Highland Heather ink (#147103) and the other with VersaMark (#102283) with Gold powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). These were stamped onto the labels from the kit.

“Birthday Wishes” was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and I added retired embellishments to the card.

For the second card I added the die cut part balloon with Stampin’ Dimensionals then attached the sentiment. The Embellishments are from the kit.

Kits

 Hi again,

This will be the last of my quick & easy cards for now using the Heirlooms Arrangements Kit (#165007) and the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (#164862).

The base card, flowers & banner are all from the kit and attached with a combination of Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683). “Congratulations” is from the Ephemera pack.

I just added the Flower Accents (#165171) to finish the card.

I will be back home tomorrow but might get back into the craft room till the following day. Had a great time in Bundaberg and the Turtle experience was fantastic. We saw a turtle laying her eggs - 129. I didn't realise they can lay up to 4-6 times during a season. We also had the opportunity to help relocate the eggs to a better place to ensure the best conditions for hatching.

Beautiful Blues Kit

 Hi friends,

The Beautiful Blues Kit (#165658) is an all inclusive kit, which means everything is included that you need to make these beautiful cards.

There are 3 different card base designs and I have used the plain blue background. I then glued with Multipurpose Liquid Glue110755) the die cut piece to the card. The lighter floral image was then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the kit was stamped with Night Of Navy ink onto one of the labels. Then the embellishments were added to finish the card.

As I said, everything is included in the kit (except the glue). I could have used the tape provided. So kits are great for a quick & easy card and ideal for taking away on holidays.

Heirloom Arrangements Kit

 Hello everyone,

There is a great variety of kits available from Stampin’ Up! and they are great for quick & easy cards. The Heirloom Arrangements Kit (#165007) is a beautiful kit with detailed vintage designs. All kits have instructions or you can be as creative as you like with your own designs.

All the elements in this kit are pre-cut, so just choose the pieces for the card and assemble. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the butterfly & flowers.

“For You” is from the stamp set included in the kit and I used Balmy Blue ink (#147105).

This kit allows you to make 8 cards but there are so many elements you can make many more with extra card bases or the Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes (#159232).

Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper

Hi friends,

The gorgeous Wildflower Birthday 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164591) has a range of designs and also includes tags and die cut pieces ready to attach to your project. Here are some tags I made just adding a sentiment and some die cut pieces.

I used sentiments from Unbounded Love stamp set (#163378), Beautiful Butterflies stamp set (#164608) & Sentimental Park stamp set (#160561). I punched a hole in the top of the tags and added the Gold trim from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo pack (#161633). The sentiments were cut with dies from the Happy Little Things dies (#163709) and the Cheerful Daisies dies (#161296). The sentiments were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Alternately these tags can be added to a card, as shown below.

I have used the Designer Series Paper on 3 of the cards and have dry embossed 3 of the card fronts with the Modern Herringbone Embossing Folder (#164908), the Eyelet Embossing Folder (#163414) and the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder (#164049).

The tags were attached to the cards with Stampin’ Dimensionals(#104430)

The embellishments are from the Low Profile Dots (#164658), Tinsel gems four pack (#161623), Iridescent Foil Gems (#162842) and Tinsel Gems three Pack (#161624).

Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper

 Hello again friends,

Have you seen the beautiful Frames & Flowers 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#163765) which includes 3 sheets with single-sided die cuts and 3 sheets of double sided designs. These pre-cut elements are great for a quick & easy card or you can step it up with extra elements.

The DSP for the background is also from this pack and attached to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550). The Pretty Peacock card (#150886) was punched with the Retired Banner Triple Punch and attached to the card.

I attached the floral die cut to the Petal Pink card (#147009) which was dry embossed with the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder (#163483).

“Just a Note” from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083) and cut with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183), then matted with Pretty Peacock card. This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The Petal Pink embellishments are from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems (#162587).
