I think we all have stamp sets which for one reason or another, we don’t seem to use very much. The Swirly Frames stamp set (#p146519) is one that I haven’t used a lot, so have used it for the “wreath” on this card.
The circle was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099), as was the sentiment from the Climbing Roses stamp set (#cling148658). The flowers, all from Climbing Roses stamp set, are stamped with So Saffron ink (#147109), Flirty Flamingo ink (#147052) and Highland Heather ink (#147103). The Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather flowers are cut with a die from the Rose Trellis Dies (#148549) and the Highland Heather flowers were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I punched the corners with the Detailed Trio punch (#146320) and the base of the Whisper White card (#106549) was cut with a die from Be Mine Stitched Dies (#148527). The base card is Gorgeous Grape (#147011) and I finished the card with Silver Metallic Pearls (#146282).
