It is always easy to make an easy card using Designer Papers. This DSP is from the Iconic Celebrations 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#164193) which is one of the new Online Exclusives products. There is a great range of designs for all occasions and I thought these 2 designs were perfect for an Anniversay card.
The 4 Designer Paper rectangles were cut 4cm x 6.2cm and attached to the Moody Mauve card (#161732), then this was matted with Cherry Cobbler card (#121681). I talked in the last blog about colour combinations. Today I chose the colours which were in this DSP. I probably wouldn’t have thought about putting these 2 colours together, but they work well together. The Base Card is Basic White (#159228).
The sentiment is from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514) and I stamped this with Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083). The sentiment and Cherry Cobbler card underneath were cut with Stylish Shapes dies (#159183). This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
The hearts were cut with a die from the Wanted To Say dies (#161594) and I used the Gold from the Silver & Gold Adhesive Backed Glimmer Paper (#162288). The embellishment is from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack (#161623).
