Bridge Fold card

Hi & welcome everyone,

This is an easy fancy fold card, called a Bridge fold.

The Pecan Pie base card (#161726) measures 21cm x 10.5cm. I scored along the long side at 3.5cm & 7cm on both ends. I cut the Very Vanilla card (#106550) for the outer panels at 3cm x 10cm. I stamped the trees from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set (#162119) with Pecan Pie ink (#161665).

For the centre and the inside panels I used the Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (#161503). The inside panels are 3cm x 10cm and the centre panel is 6.5cm x 10cm. The trees in the centre panel are cut with a Horse & Sleigh die (#162125). For the trees I used Pecan Pie card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

For the “bridge” I cut the Pecan Pie card 14cm x 3cm and the Earthen Elegance DSP is 13.5cm x 2.5cm. I attached the “bridge” to the outside panels. The card can be pushed sideways to lie flat to fit into an envelope for posting.

I stamped the bike from the Legendary Ride stamp set (#160754) with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708). I used the the Legendary Ride Dies (#160762) to cut the stamped bike as well as the Silver Foil from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) and the Real Red card (#106578) for the seat. Adhesive Sheet was attached to the back of the foil & red card, then attached to the stamped bike.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) and stamped with Real Red Ink (#147084) and cut with a Sending die (#159271). The sentiment and bike were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). “50” was cut from Real Red card using an electronic cutter and glued to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

Horse & Sleigh

Hello everyone.

Today & have paired the Horse & Sleigh Bundle (#162126) with the Grove dies (#157844) for another Christmas card.

I cut the Pretty Peacock from the Soft Shimmer 12”x12” Paper combo pack (#161750) with the Grove die. This was taped on top of one of the scenery designs from the One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper (#162118), then attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The horse & sleigh from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set (#162119) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card. This was coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Lemon Lolly (#161673), Poppy Parade (#154958), Balmy Blue (#154830), Bubble Bath (#161675), Night Of Navy (#154891) & the Natural Tones - Medium Deep 300, (#159461), Medium 600 (#159462) & Light 1000 (#159465).

The horse & sleigh was cut with a Horse & Sleigh Die (#162125). I also cut 2 pieces of Gold Foil (#132622) with the dies to add to the sleigh. The gold foil had been backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The horse & sleigh was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Joyful” is from the same stamp set and stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083) and cut with a Stylish Shapes Die (#159183). Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to attach this to the card.

One Horse Open Sleigh Suite Collection

Hello,

Here is my first Christmas card for the year which is amazing as it isn't even the end of June. However I just had to play with this new Online Exclusive  One Horse Open Sleigh Suite Collection (#162130) which will be available from 5th July.

The 6”x6” One Horse Open Sleigh DSP (#162118) is just stunning with a variety of winters landscapes on one side and more subtle designs on the other side.

I stamped the horse & sleigh from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set (#162119) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). This image was coloured with Stampin’ Blends - Poppy Parade (#154958), Boho Blue (#161659), Lemon Lolly (#161673), 300 from the Medium Deep Natural Tones (#159461), 500 from the Medium Natural Tones (#159462), 800 from the Medium Light Natural Tones (#159463). A Horse & Sleigh die (#162125) was used to cut this image.

I also cut 2 trees from the same die set using Vellum (#106584) and Basic White card. After cutting the white card I lightly spread over some White Pearlized Enamel Effects (#156310) using a Palette Knife (#142808) and allowed this to dry. This gave a lovely shine to the tree. The trees were attached with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). The horse & sleigh was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The sentiment, also from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set, was stamped with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). I did this using the Stamparatus so I could re-ink with VersaMark (#102283) and add Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). I cut this with a retired Frosted Flurry die and attached it to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). An Adhesive-Backed Snowflake (#162129) was added to the sentiment.
