Bridge Fold card

Hi & welcome everyone,

This is an easy fancy fold card, called a Bridge fold.

The Pecan Pie base card (#161726) measures 21cm x 10.5cm. I scored along the long side at 3.5cm & 7cm on both ends. I cut the Very Vanilla card (#106550) for the outer panels at 3cm x 10cm. I stamped the trees from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set (#162119) with Pecan Pie ink (#161665).

For the centre and the inside panels I used the Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (#161503). The inside panels are 3cm x 10cm and the centre panel is 6.5cm x 10cm. The trees in the centre panel are cut with a Horse & Sleigh die (#162125). For the trees I used Pecan Pie card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

For the “bridge” I cut the Pecan Pie card 14cm x 3cm and the Earthen Elegance DSP is 13.5cm x 2.5cm. I attached the “bridge” to the outside panels. The card can be pushed sideways to lie flat to fit into an envelope for posting.

I stamped the bike from the Legendary Ride stamp set (#160754) with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708). I used the the Legendary Ride Dies (#160762) to cut the stamped bike as well as the Silver Foil from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) and the Real Red card (#106578) for the seat. Adhesive Sheet was attached to the back of the foil & red card, then attached to the stamped bike.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) and stamped with Real Red Ink (#147084) and cut with a Sending die (#159271). The sentiment and bike were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). “50” was cut from Real Red card using an electronic cutter and glued to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

Legendary Ride

Hello again,

I was going to make a masculine card using the Legendary Ride Bundle (#160763), however there are many ladies who are bike riders so I guess this is for anyone who love their bikes.

The bike was cut with the Legendary Ride Dies (#160762) using Basic Black card (#121688), Silver Foil Specialty (#156457) and Pumpkin Pie card (#108601). I had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) on the back of the Silver Foil & Pumpkin Pie card making it easy to attach these smaller pieces.

The scene is from the Ready To Ride 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#160752) and matted with Pumpkin Pie card. The “maps” image is from the Vellum 12x12” Layering Designs (#157764). I attached this to the same size Basic White card (#159228), then matted it with Pumpkin Pie card and attached this to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment from the Legendary Ride stamp set (#160754) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132707) and cut with a Stitched Rectangles die (#151820).

The bike and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

TIP: When applying adhesive to vellum always avoid areas that can be seen as you will be able to see the adhesive through the vellum.

Legendary Ride

Hello again,

This motor bike is made with Legendary Ride dies (#160762) and was much easier than I thought it may be.

I used Basic Black card (#121688), 2 colours from the Silver Foil 12”x12” Specialty Pack (#156457) and Real Red card (#106578) to make up the motor bike.

Below are the dies and die cuts used to make the bike.

The sentiment is from the Legendary Ride stamp set (#160754) and stamped with Real Red ink (#147084). The ends of the label were punched with the Happy Labels Pick A Punch (#160693).

The base card is Basic White (#159228). I attached a piece of the Ready To Ride 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#160752) to the Basic White card front and then this was matted with Real Red card.

The Basic White card behind the bike was dry embossed with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder (#160766) and also matted with Real Red card.

Legendary Ride

Hi everyone,

Todays card is a slight variation on yesterdays card. I have used the In The Country stamp set (#160828) for the background again. In fact I have made 2 variations of this card, just to show how you can make a simple card and one slightly stepped up.

The first card I have stamped and coloured the same as yesterdays card. The second card I have just stamped the scenery with Pear Pizzaz ink (#147104) and haven’t done any other colouring.

I dry embossed both the Very Vanilla cards (#106550) with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder (#154317). The top card was matted with Granny Apple Green card (#147014) and Basic Black card (#121688). The 2nd card was matted with Pear Pizzaz card (#131290) and Basic Black card.

Using a small Blending Brush (#160518) I added Balmy Blue ink (#147105) to the sky of the first card.

The Motor Bike is from the Legendary Ride stamp set (#160754) and cut with a die from the Legendary Ride Dies (#160762). These are available as a bundle - Legendary Ride Bundle (#160763).

For the top card I stamped the bike with VersaMark (#102283) and added Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set this with the Heat Tool (#129056). For the other card I just stamped the bike with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708).

Happy Birthday is from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763). I heat embossed the sentiment for top card and used the Memento ink for the other. A Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820) and a die from the Pretty Pillowbox (#156321) were used to cut the sentiments. The bikes and sentiments were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
