Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper

 Hello & welcome,

The Marbled Elegance 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164919) has beautiful marbled designs in pinks & reds with Gold foil, so will be great for Valentine’s cards, weddings or any special occasion.

I used a die from the Memorable Blooms die (#164825) to cut the piece out of the middle of the DSP as well as cutting a piece of Basic White card (#159228).

I stamped the leafy heart from the Heart Shaped Bundle (#164953) with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) onto the Basic White die cut card. I used a die from the Heart Shaped Bundle to cut the Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). This was attached on top of the stamped heart. The Heart Shaped Bundle is a free product from Sale-a-bration with a qualifying order ($200 in Australia). This bundle includes the stamp set and dies.

The DSP was attached to the Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I taped the white card to the card base, replacing the DSP cutout.

The small flowers & leaves are cut with dies also from the same set. I used Melon Mambo card (#119980) for the flowers & Granny Apple Green card (#147014) backed with Adhesive Sheet, for the leaves. The flowers were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and the leaves were attached after removing the backing of the adhesive.

“Congratulations” from the Loveliest Tree stamp set (#163714) was stamped with Melon Mambo ink (#147051) and cut with another die from the Heart Shaped Dies. This was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The embellishments are the Antique Pearls (#164679) and attached to the flower centres.

Resist Embossing technique

 Hello guys,

An easy technique today for the background - the Resist Emboss Technique.

I stamped the Basic White card (#159228) using VersaMark (#102283) and the Botanical Beauty background stamp (#162903). I added White Embossing Powder from the Wow! Basics Embossing Powders (#165679). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056).

I then blended Daffodil Delight ink (#147094) using a Blending Brush (#153611) over the background. This colours the white card but not the embossing, hence the Resist Emboss technique.

I cut the larger leaves from the Mixed Florals dies (#164641) using Summer Splash card (#163798) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The other leaves are cut with the Memorable Blooms dies (#164825) with Daffodil Delight card (#121680) and also backed with Adhesive Sheet.

The sentiment is from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) and stamped with Summer Splash ink (#163809). A die from the Mixed Labels (#164652) was used to cut the sentiment.

The card front was matted with Summer Splash card and attached to the Basic White base card. The adhesive backed leaves were attached to the card. The sentiment was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The card was finished by adding the Clear dots from the Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Adhesive-Backed Dots (#164204).
