Magnolia Mood

 Hello stamping friends,

This flower is from the Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507) which includes the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) and Magnolia Mood dies (#163506).

I stamped the magnolia with Smoky Slate ink (#147113) onto Basic White card (#159228). I coloured this with Stampin’ Blends - Peach Pie (#163827), Soft Sea Foam (#147102), Old Olive (#154892), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and 1000 (#159465). I cut this floral image and the detailed image with the Magnolia Mood dies.

I wanted this detailed die cut to be glossy so I stamped it all over with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165679) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The Oxidised Copper 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162190) was matted with Peach Pie card (#163800). The Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon (#163783) was wrapped around the card front, then attached to the Basic White base card. I attached the detailed white die cut with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the stamped floral image with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

I stamped the “timber grain” from the Textured Timber stamp set (#163656) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). Then I stamped the sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) with VersaMark & Copper Embossing Powder from the Metallics (#165678), and set it with the Heat Tool. The die to cut this is from the Christmas Labels (#164100). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments (#164223) were added to the card.

Scrapbooking pages

 Hello & welcome my friends,

I am back after a fabulous holiday to Broome, Western Australia, so had to start with a scrapbook page, with us on the camel ride at Cable Beach. What a great experience and a beautiful part of the world.

The base pages are from the Oxidised Copper 12”x12” Specialty Series Paper (#162190). I matted the photos with Real Red card (#106578), Crushed Curry card (#131288) and Basic Black card (#121688).

I used the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) to cut the letters for the titles. These were attached to the page using Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). I cut the shells from the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper (#163772) using the retired Seaside Bay dies. These were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). I coloured the Basic White card (#159228) with the journaling, using Blending Brushes (#153611) with Crushed Curry ink (#147087), Pumpkin Pie ink (#147086) and Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083).

Joy Of Noel dies

Hello friends,

The Joy Of Noel dies (#161965) and the Christmas Classics dies (#161976) work well together as used on todays card.

“Noel” was cut from Rose Gold Specialty Paper (#159139) which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). This die is from the Joy Of Noel dies. The dies from the Christmas Classics dies were used to cut the Pretty Peacock (#150886) square and the detailed die cut from the Oxidised Copper Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162190).

I dry embossed the Pretty Peacock card front with the Distressed Tiles Embossing Folder (#162189). I wrapped the 2 ribbons from the Copper & Natural Ribbon Combo pack (#162192) around the card front and attached this to the Very Vanilla base card (#106550). I daubered around the Very Vanilla square with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083) then this was attached to the card and the die cut pieces were layered on top. The Pretty Peacock card was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

An easy card and no stamping!!
