Magnolia Mood

Hi friends,

I think Gold & Very Vanilla (or white) is great for a special card and of course the sentiment can be changed for any special occasion.

The flower from the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I used the Gold from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). A Magnolia Mood Die (#163506) was used to cut the flower.

I dry embossed the Very Vanilla card front (#106550) with the Modern Herringbone Embossing Folder (#164908). The Season Of Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164324) was attached to the card front. I then gold embossed the edges. To do this I wiped the VersaMark pad along the edge and added the embossing powder. I found doing one edge at a time and setting it was much easier.

The sentiment from the Magnolia Mood stamp set was also gold heat embossed. A die from Peaceful Season dies (#164020) was used to cut this. I cut the sentiment twice as I wanted it a bit shorter. To do this I cut closer to the left for the first cut, then re-positioned the die to cut closer to the right. The retired ribbon was threaded through the sentiment and wrapped around the card front. I attached the sentiment and the flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The card front was attached to the Very Vanilla base card. The Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) were added to the card.

Magnolia Mood

Hello stamping friends,

This flower is from the Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507) which includes the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) and Magnolia Mood dies (#163506).

I stamped the magnolia with Smoky Slate ink (#147113) onto Basic White card (#159228). I coloured this with Stampin’ Blends - Peach Pie (#163827), Soft Sea Foam (#147102), Old Olive (#154892), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and 1000 (#159465). I cut this floral image and the detailed image with the Magnolia Mood dies.

I wanted this detailed die cut to be glossy so I stamped it all over with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165679) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056).

The Oxidised Copper 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162190) was matted with Peach Pie card (#163800). The Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon (#163783) was wrapped around the card front, then attached to the Basic White base card. I attached the detailed white die cut with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the stamped floral image with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

I stamped the “timber grain” from the Textured Timber stamp set (#163656) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). Then I stamped the sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) with VersaMark & Copper Embossing Powder from the Metallics (#165678), and set it with the Heat Tool. The die to cut this is from the Christmas Labels (#164100). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments (#164223) were added to the card.

Magnolia Mood Bundle

Hello again stamping friends,

The Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507) consists of the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) and the Magnolia Mood dies (#163506) and have been used on today’s card.

I stamped the floral image with Gray Granite ink (#147118) onto Basic White card (#159228). I coloured the flowers with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends (#161675). For the leaves I used Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends (#154902), Old Olive Stampin’ Blends (#154892) and Lost lagoon Stampin’ Blends (#161680).

I used the dies to cut the stamped image as well as the detailed image which I cut from Soft Sea Foam card (#147012). I also cut some individual leaves from the same dies set.

The Basic White card front was dry embossed with the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder (#162189) and matted with Soft Sea Foam card.

The circles are cut from Bubble Bath card (#161727) & Basic White card using Spotlight On Nature dies (#163580). These were taped to the card front. I attached the detailed floral cut-out to the card then added the stamped image with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Happy Birthday” is also from the Magnolia Mood stamp set and I stamped this with Petunia Pop ink (#163811). This was cut with a Delicate Forest die (#162675). The embellishments are from the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (#163781). Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers & leaves.

Magnolia Mood Bundle

Hello everyone,

The beautiful Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507), a new product you can find on the “online exclusives”, has been used for today’s card.

I stamped the 2 images from the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) with Smokey Slate ink (#147113) and cut them with the co-ordinating dies from the Magnolia Mood dies (#163506).

The flowers were coloured with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends (#161675) and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends (#154902) and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends (#154892).

I dry embossed the Bubble Bath card (#161727) with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder (#156505). I attached a piece of the Country Lace 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#163415) to the card front. This DSP is a sneak peek from the next Annual Catalogue. The Bubble Bath card was matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached to the Basic White base card.

The sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and cut with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183).

The sentiment & larger flower was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) to cut the detailed leaves using Magnolia Mood dies. This card was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The flower bud was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used on the flowers to add that bit of glimmer.
