Tasteful Touches

Hello everyone,

Here I have combined the Tasteful Touches stamp set (#152562) with the Forever Fern Bundle (#154094).

I stamped the flowers with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099), then re-stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and added Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I then coloured the petals with Purple Posy Stamping Blends (#154896) and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends (#154887). The flowers were fussy cut. I stamped the leaves from the Forever Fern stamp set (#152559) using Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) and Granny Apple Green (#147095). The Garden Green (#108605) leaves were cut with the Forever Flourishing dies (#152714). I used Brass Foil Sheet (#153057) for the leaves under the flowers. These were also cut with a die from the Forever Flourishing dies. “Hello” is from the Tasteful Touches stamp set and I used Highland Heather ink (#147103). This was cut with a Tasteful Touches Labels die (#152886). The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). A Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewel (#151193) was added to the sentiment. 

The base card is Purple Posy (#150887), the next layer is Gorgeous Grape (#147011), followed by Whisper White (#106549).

Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper

Hello and welcome,

The Flowers For Every Season 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#152486) have a range of beautiful flowers for each of the 4 seasons as well as small patterns on the reverse, giving you a wide variety of choice. The colours are in the new 2020-2022 In colors  which are Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, Bumble Bee as well as Poppy Parade and Whisper White.

I cut the designer paper with a die from the Tasteful Labels (#152886) and rounded the corners with the Detailed Trio Punch (#146320). “Birthday Wishes” is from the Butterfly Wishes stamp set (#149346) and stamped with Bumble Bee ink (#153116). The leaves from the Tasteful Touches stamp set (#c152562) were stamped with Pear Pizzaz ink (#147104). I attached Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to the back of the Designer Paper and attached this to the Whisper White card (#106549). The flower is also from the Tasteful Touches stamp set. This was stamped with Bumble Bee ink and then re-stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130) which was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I fussy cut the flower and attached it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The die cut leaves are actually from the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper (#152493). I used the white side and daubered it with Pear Pizzaz ink and I glued these to the card with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). I find the easiest way to add glue to these fine die cuts is to add some glue to a Silicon Craft Sheet (#127853), then dab a sponge into the glue, then sponge lightly onto the cutouts. The ribbon and gold trim are from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack (#152475).

Tasteful Touches stamp set

I usually like nice bright colours but recently I have enjoyed using some of the more subtle colours on my cards.

I have used Whisper White card (#106549) as the base card, card front and to stamp the flower and sentiment on to. The stamped leaves and the flower are from the Tasteful Touches stamp set (#c152562). I used Soft Sea Foam ink (#147104) for the leaves and Blushing Bride ink (#147100) for the flower. I fussy cut the flower and used the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897) to add the sparkle to the flower. I cut the leaves using the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714) from Soft Sea Foam card (#147012), then spritzed the leaves with the Frost White Shimmer Paint (#147046).The sentiment from the Tasteful Touches stamp set was also stamped with Blushing Bride ink. This and the Champagne Foil Sheet (#144748) were both cut with Stitched Nested labels Dies (#149638). I used the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (#152718) to emboss the foil. The die-cut leaves were attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the sentiment and flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457) were added to the card.

Forever Fern Bundle

Hi everyone,

I think I have mentioned before that this is one of my favourite bundles, the Forever Fern Bundle (#154094). In fact the Forever Greenery suite Collection (#154143) has a combination of beautiful co-ordinating products including Designer Series paper, Gold Hoops Embellishments, Gold Laser Cut Paper and embossing folders.

I stamped the feathers from the Tasteful Touches stamp set (#c152562) using VersaMark (#102283) and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109132). After setting with the Heat Tool (#129056) I lightly daubered over the embossed feather with Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102). Then I stamped the leaves on the Whisper White card front (#106549) also with Soft Sea Foam ink. All the stamped leaves and berries/flowers are from the Forever Fern stamp set (#c152559). The berries or flowers (not sure what to call them so I will call them berries) have been stamped with Real Red ink (#147084). This was done with the Stamparatus (#148187) as I also wanted to stamp it with the VersaMark and add Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#109130). The other coloured leaves were coloured by daubering the ink onto the stamp. For 2 of the sets of leaves I used Cajun Craze ink (#147085) in the middle and Old Olive ink (#147090) on the outside, and for the 3rd set of leaves I used Old Olive and Crushed Curry ink (#147087). I added some glitter to these leaves using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897). These leaves, the berries and the leaves from the Old Olive card (#106576) were all cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714). The leaves from the Old Olive card were then Spritzed with Frost White Shimmer Paint #147046). Before attaching all the leaves to the card I embossed part of the card front with one of the Greenery Embossing Folders (#152716). “Happy Birthday” from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set (#c151331) was stamped with Real Red ink and cut with a Tasteful Labels Die (#152886). I added the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#146924) to the greeting. I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the Old Olive leaves and the red berries, and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to add the other leaves to the card as well as the greeting. I sponged the edge of the cardfront with Soft Sea Foam ink.

World Of Good Memories & More pack

Hi & welcome,

A lovely masculine card using the World Of Good Memories & More card Pack (#153600). This pack is great for both cards and scrapbooking.

The 2 pieces of Designer Paper are from the Memories & More pack. I stamped “Happy Birthday” from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (#c151595) onto the card with Early Espresso ink (#147114). The 2 feathers were also stamped with Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White card (#106549) then fussy cut. These feathers are from the Tasteful Touches stamp set (#c152562) and the top one was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I added some sparkle to the feathers using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897). The corners from the Antiqued Corners & Slides (#152471) were added to the card using Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The base card is Whisper White.
