Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper

I love the Translucent Florals stamp set (#162243) and now there is Designer Series Paper which matches with this set. This is the Delightful Floral DSP (#162356).

The DSP has one side of designs with florals & leaves and the reverse side is basically plain. I attached the plainer side to the Basic White base card (#159228). The floral DSP was matted with Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and attached to the card.

The flowers from the Translucent Florals stamp set were stamped with Berry Burst ink (#147143) and Blackberry Bliss ink (#147092). The leaves were stamped with Lost Lagoon ink (#161678). The flowers and leaves were cut with the Translucent Florals Dies (#162253).

“Best Wishes” from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) was stamped with Berry Burst ink and cut with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183). I also used another of these dies to cut the Pretty Peacock card.

The flowers were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). I added the embellishments from the Tinsel Gems Three Pack (#161624). Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers.

Translucent Florals

Hello stamping friends,

I have stamped the flowers & leaves from the Translucent Florals stamp set (#162243) onto Vellum (#106584). This stamp set & dies will be available from 6th September in the upcoming Mini catalogue.

The inks used are Berry Burst (#147143), Orchid Oasis (#159214) and Garden Green (#147089). When stamping on the vellum, the ink takes a bit longer to dry. You can use the Heat Tool (#129056) to ensure the ink is dry. The flowers & leaves were cut with the Translucent Florals Dies (#162252). I also cut a piece of the Orchid Oasis card (#159265) and Berry Burst card (#144249) with the flower die and attached the vellum flowers on top but slightly offset. These were attached together with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

I dry embossed the lower part of the Basic White card (#159228) with one of the Geometric Patterns Embossing Folder (#161599). Using a Palette Knife (#142808) and an Artistic Mix Decorative Mask (#159178) I applied the Shimmery White Embossing Paste (#145645) to the top part of the White card. This was matted with the Orchid Oasis card (#159265). The White Glittered Organdy Ribbon (#156408) was wrapped around the cardfront then this was attached to the Basic White base card.

The Orchid Oasis flower and the leaves were attached with Mini Glue Dots and the Berry Burst flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The sentiment is from the Artistically Inked stamp set (#154542) and stamped with Orchid Oasis ink. A Nested Essentials die (#161597) was used to cut the sentiment. The Flat adhesive-Backed Pearls (#160449) were added to the card.

Translucent Florals

Here is a sneak peek of  of the beautiful Translucent Florals stamp set (#162243) which will be available in the next Mini catalogue from September 2023. I was able to get together with other demonstrators last week to play with this bundle. This is an advantage of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator - getting products early and also at a discounted price. I love how these flowers & leaves have a translucent look. The flowers were stamped with Poppy Parade ink (#147050) and the 2 different leaves with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095). These were all cut with the co-ordinating Translucent Florals dies (#162252).

The Basic White card front (#159228) was dry embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder (#161600). This was matted with Poppy Parade card (#121694) and then attached to the Basic White base card. 

The sentiment is from the Translucent Florals stamp set and stamped with Poppy Parade ink. A Nested Essentials Die (#161597) was used to cut this. The sentiment and flowers were attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and I used Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach the leaves. The trio of the retired Red Rhinestone Jewels were added to the card.
