Vintage Leaves

Hi,

The Vintage Leaves stamp set (#p138802) co-ordinates with the Leaflets Framelits (#138283) and have been used for today's card.

The Very Vanilla base card was embossed with the Brick Wall embossing folder (#138288). The other Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler (#121681 and Corrugated Paper (#138317). The corrugated paper was cut with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits (#130102). The Very Vanilla leaf was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder (#109129). Celebrate from Endless Birthday Wishes (#p140273) was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#126966) and punched with the Washi Label punch (#138296). This and the leaves were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). The Gold 1/8" Ribbon (#134583) was attached to the leaves with a Mini Glue Dot (#103683).

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Circle of Spring

Hi Ladies,

This beautiful Wreath is stamped with the Circle Of Spring stamp set (#p138964) and co-ordinates with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits. Also in the annual catalogue is the Wondrous Wreath stamp set (#p135047) and in the holiday catalogue is the Peaceful Wreath (#139794) and these also co-ordinate with these Framelits which makes them very versatile.

I stamped the Wreath with VersaMark (#102283) and Silver Embossing power (#109131) which was then heat set. The flowers and leaves were coloured with Stampin' Write Markers - Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight from the Brights collection (#131259), and Wild Wasabi And Wisteria Wonder from the Subtles (#131263). The Cardstock is Melon Mambo (#119980), Whisper White (#106549) and Brights DSP Stack (#138434). The Whisper White background was embossed with the Brick Wall Embossing folder (#138288) and the wreath was attached to this with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430). Happy Birthday is also from the Circle Of Spring stamp set.  The tag is cut using the Tags & Labels Framelits (#138282) and I added Melon Mambo Candy Dot from the Brights Collection (#130931) to the tag. The silver ribbon is the 1/8" ribbon (#132137).

That's all after another busy day of looking after the grandchildren, cooking and trying to find time to make cards.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.

Guy Greetings

Hello again,

I'm back after a busy 3 days catering for a high tea with the help of my daughter. I do enjoy cooking but it's also nice to be back in the craft room. Today I have made a masculine card.

The colours I have used are Very Vanilla card (#106550) with Soft Suede card (#119982) and ink (#126978). I used the Brick Wall embossing folder (#138288) on the Very Vanilla card. Before embossing, I brayered Soft Suede ink onto the folder so the embossed areas of the "grout" we're coloured. Then using a dauber (#133773) with Soft Suede ink I lightly coloured the bricks. The Lots Of Labels Framelits (#138281) were used, and I stamped on these with the Guy Greetings stamp set (#c138828, #w138825, #p137178). One of the lovely Antique Brads (#117273) was added to the top of frame. The frame was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Here are some photos of some of the goodies from the high tea - all home baked.

Have a great day.

Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
Lesley.
