Rose Garden Thinlits Dies with Gold Foil

Hi Ladies,

I continue today with showing you more of the new products from the Occasions Catalogue. How beautiful is this rose cut with the Rose Garden Thinlits Dies (#140619). I used the Gold Foil Sheets (#132622).

 Another new product is the Big Shot Die Brush (#140603) which is quick and easy for removing the small pieces from intricate dies. There is a foam pad which comes with the brush. Just place your cut card onto the foam, roll the brush over the card and all the little pieces come away. So easy!!!

The card stock is Calypso Coral (#124392) and Whisper White (#106549). I stamped the background with one of the images from Timeless Textures (#c140517, #w140514) using Calypso Coral ink (#126983). I then embossed the white card with the Elegant Dots (#138287). I glued the gold rose to the card using the fine Tip Glue Pen (#138309). This very fine tip is perfect for these delicate cutouts. Happy Birthday and the label outline are both from the Rose Wonder stamp set (#140697), then cut with the co-ordinating Framelit from the Rose Garden Thinlits Dies. I attached this with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Sky Is The Limit and Timeless Textures

Hello,

Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514) is already a favourite set from the new Occasions catalogue. Yesterday I made a beautiful card for a female, today is a masculine one using this stamp set.

I have used several of the images from this set on today's card.  Using Very Vanilla card (#106550), I stamped the images with Crumb Cake ink (#126975), Soft Suede (#126978) and Early Espresso (#126974). The plane and sentiment are from the Sky Is The Limit stamp set (#c141349) which is one of the Sale-a-bration sets. These images were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and Black Embossing powder (#109133) which was then heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The other card used is Basic Black (#121688) and Soft Suede (#119982). I love the heritage look using these sets.

Timeless Textures

Hello,

I just love this Timeless Textures stamp set (#c140517, #w140514) and was so happy with this finished card. (Of course it looks much better in reality.)

The cardstock is Very Vanilla (#106550). I stamped around the 3 sides of the card with Crumb Cake ink (#126975). Then I heat embossed the flourishes with VersaMark (#102283) and Gold Embossing powder (#109129) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). I also gold embossed around the edge of the card, around the scalloped oval as well as the sentiment. The large butterfly is cut with a Framelit from the Butterflies Thinlits (#137360) and the smaller one from the Bold Butterfly Framelits (#138135). I used the Gold Glimmer Paper (#133719) and Red Glimmer Paper (#121790) for the butterflies. Happy Birthday is from the Sky Is The Limit stamp set (#c141349), then I punched this with the Scallop Oval (#119856). The sentiment and butterflies were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).

Tomorrow I will show you a masculine card using the Timeless Textures stamp set.
