The Chalk Talk tag (#129983) is a favourite, and works well on a card.
I used this design recently for a Christmas Card and liked it, so I wanted to make a Birthday card with the same design. It's interesting to see how different colours and stamps can make 2 cards so different.
The card stock is Island Indigo (#124390), Very Vanilla (#106550) and Cherry Cobbler (#121681). Happy Birthday is from the Sassy Salutations stamp set (#126707), and stamped with Island Indigo ink (#126986). I embossed the Very Vanilla card with the Pretty Print folder (#132175). The DSP is from the Venetian Romance (#130144). The ship from the Open Sea stamp set (#123032) is heat embossed with Versamark (#102193) and Cherry Cobbler embossing powder (#122949). The tag was cut with the Chalk Talk Framelits (#129983) and I sponged around the edges with the Cherry Cobbler ink (#126966). The Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch (#119275) was used for the Cherry Cobbler "ribbon". The Island Indigo ribbon is unfortunately retired, but looks great for this card.
Thought for the day-
The man who has confidence in himself gains the confidence of others.
That's all for today,
Till next time,
😊Happy Stamping😊
