Baby, We've Grown (#c133089) is from the Occasions catalogue and will still be available in the next annual catalogue which is out on 1st July, so not long to wait now.
I heat embossed the 2 images using Versamark (#102283) and White Embossing powder (#109132). These were cut using the Circle Collection Framelits (#130911). The Cardstock is Blushing Bride (#131287) and Whisper White (#106549) with the Subtles Colour Collection DSP stack (#130135). I embossed the Whisper White with the Perfect Polka Dots folder (#117335). The ribbon is the 5/8" Organza Ribbon.
This is a quick and easy card for a cute little girl.
