The Work Of Art stamp set (#c134114, w#134111) is great for backgrounds and can be used with such a variety of stamps.
Using the "stamping off " method, I stamped the background with So Saffron (#126957), Daffodil Delight (#126944) and Crushed Curry ink (#131173). The trees from Lovely As A Tree stamp set (#c127793, #w1288655) were stamped with Early Espresso ink (#126974). "You" was stamped with Crushed Curry ink, then again with Early Espresso - using the stamping off method. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig (#101049) to offset the word slightly for a shadow effect. The Cardstock is Crushed Curry (#131288), Early Espresso (#121686) and Whisper White (#106549).
Today's tip:
The stamping off method is achieved by inking a stamp, then stamping it onto scrap paper, then onto the card. This gives a lighter image, which is great for backgrounds. You can also use just one ink and using the stamping off method, stamp it 3 times without re-inking to get a similar effect.
Have a great weekend.
Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
