The Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#143231) has been used for the background.
I did the tarnished foil technique using the Silver Foil Sheets (#132178) which was embossed with the Hexagons TIEF. Then I rubbed the Jet Black StazOn ink (#101406) over the embossed card. Then rub with VersaMark (#102283) and add Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder (#109131), remove excess powder, and heat set with the Heat Tool (#129056). Rub the card again with StazOn ink, VersaMark and this time Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder (#141636) and again heat set this. Rub again with StazOn ink. You don't need to be too fussy with this process, as its not meant to be perfect. You will get a different finish each time and depending on which way you put the foil in the embossing folder, so its fun to experiment. This was attached to Basic Black card (#121688).
The Daffodil Delight card (#121680) was cut with the Flourish Thinlits (#141478) and glued to the card front with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). The flowers are stamped with Pacific Point ink (#126951) and these flowers are from the Petite Petals stamp set (#133152). The punch to co-ordinate with these flowers is the Petite Petals (#133322). The banner and Happy Birthday are from the Birthday Banners stamp set (#p141506) and stamped with Pacific Point (#126951) and Daffodil Delight ink (#126944). Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the banner and flowers to the card. I finished the card by adding silver Metallic Enamel Shapes (#141678) to the flowers and banner.
Till next time,
Happy Stamping!
