The Floral Phrases stamp set (#c141767, #w141764) and the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack (#144131) are part of the Fresh Florals suite.
The flower and sentiment are both from the Fresh Florals stamp set, and stamped with Lemon Lime Twist ink (#144086). The base card is Whisper White (#106549) and I used the Lemon Lime Twist card to punch the border using the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch (#143721). The oval was cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits (#145372) and Congratulations was cut with the Bunch Of Banners Framelits (#141488). Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the oval and banner to the card. The ribbon border was glued with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309).
