This butterfly is cut with the Move Me Thinlits (#143732) from Tangerine Tango card (#116206). Doesn't it look great with the black and white.
The base card is also Tangerine Tango, and the other cardstock is Basic Black (#121688) and Whisper White (#106549). The white card is embossed with the Layered Leaves 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#143704). These dynamic folders create deep dimensional embossed impressions. When using these folders, because of the extra thickness, you only need one of the standard cutting plates in the "sandwich". So the sandwich consists of the Big Shot Platform on the base, followed by the Folder with a single sheet of card, then the standard cutting pad on top. The beautiful black and white Ribbon is the 7/8" Striped Ribbon (#144624). This ribbon has wire in the sides which make it easy to make beautiful bows. The butterfly was attached to the ribbon with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals (#144108) and I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to the butterfly and sentiment. Congratulations is from the Colorful Seasons stamp set (#p143726), stamped with Tangerine Tango ink (#126946) and punched with the Classic Label punch (#141491). This was also attached with Mini Dimensionals.
