Garden Shed

Hello everyone,

I have created this garden scene using the Garden Shed stamp set (#149247) and Garden Gateway dies (#151512).

The shed from the Garden Shed stamp set was stamped on Basic White card (#159228) with Soft Suede ink (#147115). The pot of flowers & watering can, cat and bird were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The cat & bird are from the Grace’s Garden stamp set (#151513). The Stampin’ Blends to colour the images are Granny Apple Green (#154885), Old Olive (#154892), Smoky Slate (#154904), Crumb Cake (#154882), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Mango Melody (#154888), Misty Moonlight (#153108), Seaside Spray (#154901) and Cinnamon Cider (#153105).

Using Blending Brushes (#153611), I added some colour to the grass with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and to the sky with Seaside Spray ink (#150085).

The gate and fence were cut from Champagne Foil Sheets (#144748) using the Garden Gateway Dies (#151512). I attached these to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The flowers in the pot, the cat and bird were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The base card is Soft Suede (#119982).

Embossing Paste

Hi everyone,

I have created the bricks for the background using the Shimmery White Embossing Paste (#145645).

I used a retired mask for the bricks and applied the Embossing Paste on a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (#152494). To apply the paste I used a Palette Knife (#142808) and wiped the paste over the mask onto the DSP. This doesn’t take long to dry, so just set it aside till all the other elements are ready to assemble. 

I attached Adhesive Sheet (#152334) to one side of the Granny Apple Green card (#147014) before cutting the grass using a Friendly Silhouettes Die (#149546). The 2 images from the Garden Shed stamp set (#149247) were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708), then coloured with Stampin’ Blends. The colours are Poppy Parade (#154958), Mango Melody (#154888), Granny Apple Green (#154885), Rococo Rose (#154900), Highland Heather (#154887), Smoky Slate (#154904), Bronze & Ivory (#154922), Soft Suede (#154906), Crumb Cake (#154882) & Pumpkin Pie (#154897). These were fussy cut and attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Happy Birthday is from the Many Mates stamp set (#152633) and stamped with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095), then cut with a Hippo & Friends Die (#153585). The small dragonfly was punched with the Dragonflies Punch (#154240) from the (retired) Black Glitter Paper.

The base card is Very Vanilla (#106550).

Garden Shed

Hello again friends,

It’s time for a masculine card, as it’s been a while since I did one. Today I have chosen the Garden Shed stamp set (#149247).

I stamped the garden shed with Soft Suede ink (#147115) onto Basic White card (#159228). I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the image. These are Granny Apple Green (#154885), Old Olive (#154892), Smokey Slate (#154904), Crumb Cake (#154882), So Saffron (#154905), Poppy Parade (#154958), Pool Party (#154894) and Ivory (#154922).

This was attached to a piece of the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (#152494). I stamped “Happy Birthday” from Many Mates stamp set (#152633) with Soft Suede ink. The Basic White card and Soft Suede card (#119982) were cut with a Curvy Die (#154319) and attached to the cardfront. The base card is Basic White. The dragonfly was punched with the Dragonflies Punch (#154240) from Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) and I attached this to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Peony Garden Designer Series Paper

Hello friends,

I love how most of the papers have a more patterned and vibrant colour on one side and more subtle on the reverse, which allows for so much variety when making cards or using on a scrapbook page. I have chosen the more subtle designs from the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (#152483) on this card today.

I matted the smaller piece of DSP with Balmy Blue card (#147007), then attached this to another piece of DSP. I wrapped a piece of the 1-1/2” Metallic Mesh Ribbon (#153550) around the card front then attached this to the Whisper White card base (#106549). I stamped the images from the Garden Shed stamp set (#c149247) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were the coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends - Balmy Blue (#154830), Smokey Slate (#154904), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Crumb Cake (#154882), Soft Suede (#154906), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Highland Heather (#154887) Purple Posy (#154896) and Granny Apple Green (#154885). These images were punched with the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch (#152709). The sentiment from the Borders Abound stamp set (#152627) was stamped with Balmy Blue ink (#147105) and cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820). I attached the sentiment and punched images with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) then added the Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) to finish the card.

Garden Shed Thank You

Hello all,

I have used the Garden Shed stamp set (#c149247) again today but have used the 2 smaller images.

The sentiment from the Ornate Thanks stamp set (#p149471) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The corners of the card front were punched with the Detailed Trio Punch (#146320).

I stamped one image on the Whisper White card front (#106549) and stamped again on an extra piece as well as the 2nd image. These were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

I fussy cut the 2 extra images after colouring them with Stampin’ Blends. The colours I used are Purple Posy (#154896), Highland Heather (#154887), Smokey Slate (#154904), Ivory (#154922), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Real Red (#154899), Granny Apple Green (#154885), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Soft Suede (#154906) and Soft Sea Foam (#154902). The 2 fussy cut pieces were attached to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The card front was attached to a piece of Basic Black card (#121688), then attached to the Whisper White base card.

Garden Shed

Welcome again friends,

I had fun colouring this image with a variety of Stampin’ Blends.

The image is from the Garden Shed stamp set (#149247) and I stamped it using the Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Whisper White card (#106549). The Stampin’ Blends used are Granny Apple Green (#154885), Just Jade (#153107), Old Olive (#154892), Bronze & Ivory (#154922), Pumpkin Pie (#154897), Poppy Parade (#154958), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Smokey Slate (#154904), Soft Suede (#154906) and Balmy Blue (#154830).

“Happy Birthday” from the Many Mates stamp set (#152633) was stamped with Balmy Blue ink (#147105), then I coloured each letter with the Light Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends and added glitter using the Clear Wink Of Stella Brush (#141897). I also added glitter to the glass in the door. The sentiment was cut with a Stitched So Sweetly Die (#151690).

The Balmy Blue paper from the Subtles 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#153072) was attached to the Whisper White base card. The shed and the sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
