Garden Shed

Hello everyone,

I have created this garden scene using the Garden Shed stamp set (#149247) and Garden Gateway dies (#151512).

The shed from the Garden Shed stamp set was stamped on Basic White card (#159228) with Soft Suede ink (#147115). The pot of flowers & watering can, cat and bird were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). The cat & bird are from the Grace’s Garden stamp set (#151513). The Stampin’ Blends to colour the images are Granny Apple Green (#154885), Old Olive (#154892), Smoky Slate (#154904), Crumb Cake (#154882), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Flirty Flamingo (#154884), Mango Melody (#154888), Misty Moonlight (#153108), Seaside Spray (#154901) and Cinnamon Cider (#153105).

Using Blending Brushes (#153611), I added some colour to the grass with Granny Apple Green ink (#147095) and to the sky with Seaside Spray ink (#150085).

The gate and fence were cut from Champagne Foil Sheets (#144748) using the Garden Gateway Dies (#151512). I attached these to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The flowers in the pot, the cat and bird were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The base card is Soft Suede (#119982).

Shadow Box

Hi again friends,

I have made this cute shadow box for my nephew’s baby boy, allowing to add a photo on the left and I will add his birth details on the label on the right. I have used current and retired Stampin’ Up! products.

The background is from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (#152494). There is also another lighter piece of this DSP at the bottom. The animals are stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). The stamp sets are Animal Outing (retired), Zany Zebras (#152536) and Wildly Happy (#149408). I coloured the Giraffes with Ivory Stampin’ Blends (#154922), Pumpkin Pie (#154897) & Crumb Cake (#154882). The other animals had some extra colour added with Smokey Slate Stampin’ Blends (#154904) and the little bird (on the rhino) with Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Poppy Parade (#154958).
The kangaroo, rhino and giraffes were cut with the co-ordinating Animal Friends Dies. The Elephant and Zebra were fussy cut. The label for the information was cut with a Hippo & Friends Dies (#153585).
The fence was cut with a die from the Garden Gateway Dies (#151512). It is actually the gate but I cut the arch off so I just had a fence. I used Soft Suede card (#119982) for the fence and for the matted pieces. The grass was cut with a Friendly Silhouette Die (#149546) from Granny Apple Green card (#147014). I had Adhesive Sheets (#152334) on the back of this before cutting with the die.
The dragonflies are from the retired Detailed Dragonflies Dies and I used the (retired) Black Glitter paper. “Jack” and the card to attach a photo is Very Vanilla (#106550).

Have a great day!!

Graces Garden

Welcome friends,

Another challenge for myself today. I chose a stamp and a die which I haven’t used for some time, so my challenge was to use these on a card. The stamp is the All Wired Up background stamp (#149262) and a die from the Beautiful Boughs (#150661).

The cardstock is Very Vanilla (#106650) and Real Red (#106578). I stamped the background with the All Wired Up stamp using Smokey Slate ink (#147113). The Real Red card was cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (#151820) and dry embossed with one of the Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folder (#153574).
The sentiment, flowers, cat and bird are all images from Graces Garden stamp set (#p151513). I used Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) to stamp the flowers, cat and sentiment. The bird was stamped with Real Red ink (#147084). The sentiment was cut with a die from the Beautiful Boughs dies and the other stamped images were cut with dies from the Garden Gateway Dies (#151512).
The Stampin’ Blends used to colour the images are Real Red (#154899), Mango Melody (#154888), Granny Apple Green (#154885) and Smokey Slate (#154904).
The flowers, bird and cat are attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). A red Wonderful Gem (#153536) was added to the sentiment and I added glimmer to the flowers, bird & cat using the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush (#141897).

I hope your are having a crafty day!!

Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper

Hi again,

It’s the start of another week, but everyday seems the same these days, but hopefully things will start to slowly change soon.

The beautiful Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper (#149100) has been used for the cardfront. All the Designer Papers from the Annual catalogue are retiring, so if you want any make sure you place your order soon.

The DSP was attached to the Highland Heather card (#147010), then this was attached to the Gorgeous Grape base card (#147011). I cut the detailed border using the Lily Pad Dies which were available during Sale-A-Bration. The leaves are cut with a die from the Garden Gateway Dies (#151512) and I used Shaded Spruce card (#147006). The Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309) was used to glue the leaves and border to the card. Thinking Of You is from Rooted In Nature stamp set (#146482) and I stamped it with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). The 2 scalloped circles from the Layering Circles Dies (#141705) cut the circles, then these were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used 3 of the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (#149494) in the lower right corner.

Stay safe & keep crafting!!

Grace’s Garden Bundle

Hello,

How cute is this stamp set and dies from the new 2020 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalogue. Grace’s Garden Bundle (#153789) consists of the Grace’s Garden stamp set (#151513) and Garden Gateway Dies (#151512).

I stamped the sentiment onto the Very Vanilla base card (#106550) using Merry Merlot ink (#147112). I cut the gateway from the Crumb Cake card (#121685) then I embossed the card with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder (#149643). I used Merry Merlot card (#147005) for the gate and archway. The plants were stamped with Garden Green ink (#147089) and I coloured the flowers and leaves with Stampin’ Blends - Dark Mango Melody (#147944), Dark Poppy Parade (#146879), Light Flirty Flamingo (#147031) and Dark Soft Sea Foam (#148058). The cat was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (#132708) and coloured with Light Smokey Slate Stampin’ Blends (#145054). The cute little bird was stamped with Mango Melody ink (#147093) and the flowers are from Mango Melody card (#147013). All the pieces were cut with the Garden Gateway dies. The flowers, bird and cat were attached to the card with Stamping’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309) to glue the individual flowers and the gate and archway to the card.

I can’t believe it is the end of the year already. I am looking forward to an exciting New Year and I hope it is a fantastic year for you all.

Happy New Year!!!!
