Scrapbook page

 Hello everyone,

I had a chance to do some scrapbooking today which is rare. No stamping, just some dies and designer paper.

I cut 4cm squares of some retired DSP and taped them around the border of the 12”x12” Willow White card (3166703).

The photos were attached to the Night Of Navy card (#106577) and attached to the Gold Textured Metallic Specialty Paper (#163772), then taped to the page.

The flowers from the Charming Day dies (#166135) were cut from Night Of Navy card and attached to the page with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The numbers and letters are also cut from the Night Of Navy card, but this was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), making it easy to attach them to the page. The numbers are from the Alphabet A La Mode dies (#160750) and the letters are from the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934).

Double scrapbook layout

 Hello friends,

My husband took photos of yesterday’s sunrise so had to scrapbook them.

The photos are matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and Peach Pie card (#163880). The base pages are from retired Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper. (If we keep it long enough it will come in handy!!)

I stamped the grasses from the Prairie Grass stamp set (#166168) using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708).

I cut the “diamonds” using dies from the Stylish Shapes dies (#159183), using Basic Black card, Peach Pie card and Azure Afternoon card (#161728).

The letters for “Sunrise” were cut with the Mini Alphabet Dies (#162934), using Basic Black card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). When I cut these letters, I always have many of the letters left over so put them away for another project. I had all these letters put aside which was very handy.

The lines for the note paper are from the Just A Note stamp set (#166098). This was stamped onto Very Vanilla card (#166785) with Basic Gray ink (#121689), then cut with the Just A Note die (#166101). The bulldog clip was also cut with one of these dies using Basic Black card. The Just A Note stamp set and dies are also available in the Just A Note Bundle (#166102). As usual you save 10% on all bundles.

Scrapbook page

 Hi friends,

Just a template for a quick & easy scrapbook page today. This page could be turned to suit your photos and choose colours also to suit your photos.

The banners are cut with the Party Banners dies (#165264). I will cut letters for a title and place them on the banners.

I stamped the flower from the Charming Day stamp set (#166126) onto Basic White card (#166781). Then I cut a mask using the co-ordinating die from the Charming Day dies (#166135) and placed it over the stamped flower. This prevents the lines being stamped over the flowers. The lines from Just A Note stamp set (#166098) were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708), then I cut this with a Just A Note Die (#166101).

The paper clip is also cut with a die from the Just A Note dies. I used Gold Foil Sheet (#132622) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) for the paper clip.

Double scrapbook layout

 Hello friends,

I have made a double scrapbook layout with photos from a recent short holiday. I like to include lots of photos and limit the embellishments for simple pages on my scrapbooking.

The base pages are from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393). I dry embossed the Cajun Craze card (#121683) with the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder (#164069). This was attached to the base pages.

The other DSP is from the Memories In Bloom Scrapbooking Workshop kit (#166713).

I matted the photos with Basic Black card (#121688), and some of the photos were double matted with Granny Apple Green card (#147014).

The leaves were cut with an Autumn Leaves die (#162185). These are retiring and are on the Last Chance products, while stocks last. I used Cherry Cobbler card (#121681), Daffodil Delight card (#121680) and Crumb Cake card (#121685) for the leaves.

Scrapbook page

 Hi friends,

Today Peter & I celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary so I did a scrapbook page for this very special occasion.

The background page is from the Every Happiness Designer Series Paper (#166632). The photos were double matted with Night Of Navy card (#106577) and Cherry Cobbler card (#121681).

The flowers from the Enduring Beauty stamp set (#162670) were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I added the Gold powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056), then cut with the Enduring Beauty die (#162672).

All the letters, hearts and gold leaves are cut from Gold Foil Sheets (#132622) which were backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), making them easy to attach to the pageThe dies used are the Mini Alphabet (#162934), Birthday Celebration dies (#164598),  the Alphabet A La Mode (#160750) and the Enduring Beauty dies (for the leaves)

The detailed heart is from the already retired Heart Shapes dies. The small hearts are cut with the Adoring Hearts dies (#162569).

The retiring products are Adoring Hearts dies and the Enduring Beauty stamp set & dies.

Scrapbook pages

 Hi friends,

Yesterday I celebrated my 70th Birthday, so here is a double scrapbook layout with some of my lovely card ladies. I have used 3 laser cut elements from the Wildflower Celebrations Scrapbooking Workshop Kit (#166623).

All the photos were matted with Blueberry Bushel card (#146991). The background pages are from the Everyday Happiness 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#166632).

The photos, balloons, flowers and cupcake were taped to the pages.

“70” is cut with dies from the Birthday Celebration dies (#164598). “Happy Birthday” was cut with the Alphabet A La Mode dies (#160750). These Alphabet A La Mode dies are currently part of Sale-a-bration and free with a $100 order (in Australia), which is fantastic value. For the numbers & letters I used Blueberry Bushel card backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334). I glued the embellishments from the Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix (#164618) to the pages with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

My scrapbook pages are all about the photos with a small amount of embellishments.

Scrapbook page

 Hello,

I have stamped on the background page for this scrapbook page using images from the Kiss Of Texture stamp set (#164759) and the Memorable Blooms stamp set (#164816).

I cut the circles from Basic White card (#159228) and Basic Black card (#121688) using an electronic cutter. I placed the white card on the 12”x12” Basic White card (#159231) - which I had trimmed to 11&1/4” square and marked the circle with a pencil. This was to show me where to stamp the images around the circle. The circle was removed to do the stamping. I stamped the flowers & leaves alternately on the base page using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708).

I also stamped 2 flowers on the white circle and coloured these with Peach Pie Stampin’ Blends (#163827)  and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends (#154885).

I was trying to decide if I would colour all the flowers & leaves around the circle, but decided to just leave them uncoloured, especially as my top was just black & white.

The circles were taped to the Base White card and the White card was matted with Peach Pie 12”x12” card (#163805). The photos were matted with Basic Black card.

The dragonflies were cut with the retired Detailed Dragonflies dies. The large dragonfly was attached to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the small group of Dragonflies had Adhesive Sheet (#152334) attached to the back of the card making these easy to attach to the page.

Serene Love Designer Series Paper

 Hi friends,

I have used the Serene Love Designer Series Paper (#166261) on this scrapbook page. This DSP have 3 designs which you can fussy cut the floral images. I cut each of the individual flowers but left two sides intact so I could use it for this page. I will use the other flowers for cards.

The pack of Designer Series Paper

I matted the photo with Basic Black card (#121688)  & Lost Lagoon card (#133686).

I cut the 12”x12” Basic White card (#159231) slightly smaller and attached it to the Basic Black 12”x12” card (#124267). I then attached the fussy cut flowers to the page.

The letters were cut with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934). The Lost Lagoon card was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) making them easy to attach to the circles. These circles were cut with a die from the Round We Go dies (#163729).

Black & White Photos are great as you can use any colour on the page so this worked really well.

Easy Scrapbooking

Hello & Happy New Year again,

Every year I say to myself I am going to do more scrapbooking, so hopefully this will happen this year, especially with Stamp’ Up! having more scrapbooking products. So I am starting the year with Scrapbooking. My scrapbooking is always simple and I like to focus on the photos rather than all the embellishments, so here is a simple double page layout.

I matted the photos with Basic Black card (#121688). The base pages are from the Country Woods 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#163393).

The letters are cut with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) using Basic Black card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), so these are easy to attach to the page.

I cut the circles with the Stylish Shapes Dies (#159183) using Thoughtful Designs Designer Series Paper (#163317) and Toadstool Gardens Designer Series Paper (#164942) - available from Sale-a-bration from 7th January.

The leaves are cut with a die from the Painted Lavender dies (#162596) using Silver Foil Sheets (#163387), also backed with Adhesive Sheet. These adhesive sheets are great for all finer detailed die cuts.

Scrapbooking with Season Of Elegance DSP

 Hi friends,

A double scrapbooking layout today using the beautiful Season Of Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper (#164144).

I used the Real Red Two-Tone 12”x12” cardstock (#166696) for the base pages. Then I cut a piece of the Old Olive & Gold and Crumb Cake & Gold (from the DSP) diagonally in strips, then alternated them on the 2 pages. As I couldn't get the edges perfect and wanted a red edge, I cut a frame from more of the Real Red cardstock and taped it on top. The photos were matted with the Real Red cardstock from the middle that was cut out.

I cut the letters with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) and the numbers with retired Number dies. I had the Real Red card backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) making these easy to attach to the page.

The hearts and flowers are from the Celebrate Love Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (#164857) and Merry Christmas is from the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (#164862). Both these packs will be available from the Mini Catalogue from 7th January. These very versatile packs are great for both Scrapbooking and cards.

For all the scrapbooker, there will be more Scrapbooking products available from 7th February.

Easy Scrapbooking

 Hi again everyone,

Another quick & easy scrapbook page. I print my own photos so I can get different size photos allowing me to have more photos on a page and for variety.

For the background I used Very Vanilla 12”x12” card (#144239). I cut the Shaded Spruce card (#147006) for the serrated edging with the die from the Round We Go Dies (#1637290. This is the die to make the rosette. This was taped to the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper (#164944), then attached to the background. I used the retired Stitched Greenery die on the DSP for the stitched leaves.

I matted some of the photos with Shaded Spruce card and taped them to the page. The leaves are cut with the Autumn Leaves dies (#162185) using Crumb Cake card (#121685) & Pecan Pie card (#161726). These were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The birds are from the Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds (#162743).

Quick & Easy Scrapbook page

 Hi again,

Another super easy scrapbook page. I prefer simple scrapbook pages, highlighting the photos with a small amount of embellishments.

I used a 12”x12” Basic White card (#159231) for the background (although it looks more like Very Vanilla in this photo). I added a piece of Basic Black card (#121688) on the left side. The blue DSP is from the Bloom Impressions 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#164944). This will be available from Sale-a-bration coming in the new year. The photo was matted with Basic Black card.

The title was cut with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934). I used Basic White card (#159228) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) making these easy to attach to the page.

The leaves from the Thoughtful Wishes stamp set (#163305) were stamped with Pecan Pie ink (#161665) on Pecan Pie card (#161665) These leaves and the Crumb Cake (#121685) leaves were cut with the Thoughtful Wishes dies (#163313). The butterflies are from the Beautiful Butterflies dies (#164614) and I used Azure Afternoon card (#161728). I attached the die cut pieces with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix embellishments (#164618) were added to the butterflies. These are another sneak peek & available in January.

Scrapbook page

 Hello friends,

I have designed an easy scrapbook page, using a variety of dies.

The background page is from the Nature’s Sweetness 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162616). The card for the photos to be added to are Pretty Peacock (#150886) and Lost Lagoon (#133686).

I used a die from the Peaceful Season dies (#164020) to cut the 6 “diamonds” with Pretty Peacock card. These were threaded onto the Wild Wheat Rustic Striped Ribbon (#164061) and taped to the background. The letters were cut using the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) with Gold Foil Sheet (#132622), backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334).

The hearts & flowers were cut with the Heart Shaped dies (#164946). This is a sneak peek of one of the Sale-a-bration products available in January. These are also using Gold Foil which was adhesive backed.

Scrapbooking pages

 Hello & welcome my friends,

I am back after a fabulous holiday to Broome, Western Australia, so had to start with a scrapbook page, with us on the camel ride at Cable Beach. What a great experience and a beautiful part of the world.

The base pages are from the Oxidised Copper 12”x12” Specialty Series Paper (#162190). I matted the photos with Real Red card (#106578), Crushed Curry card (#131288) and Basic Black card (#121688).

I used the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) to cut the letters for the titles. These were attached to the page using Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). I cut the shells from the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper (#163772) using the retired Seaside Bay dies. These were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). I coloured the Basic White card (#159228) with the journaling, using Blending Brushes (#153611) with Crushed Curry ink (#147087), Pumpkin Pie ink (#147086) and Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083).
