Sunrise Sailing Bundle

Hi & welcome,

A masculine card today using the Sunrise Sailing Bundle (#165497). This bundle consists of the Sunrise Sailing stamp set (#165491) and the Sunrise Sailing dies (#165496).

I stamped the yacht with VersaMark (#102283) and added the silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). I then stamped Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138) to the sails, using the stamping off method to achieve a lighter colour. A Sunrise Sailing die was used to cut the yacht.

The DSP is from the Splendid Autumn 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#164173). The strips were attached to a piece of Silver Foil Sheet (#163387). This was attached to the Blueberry Bushel card (#146991) that was dry embossed with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder (#164695) and attached to the Basic White base card (#166781).

“Best Wishes” is also from the stamp set and I used a die from the Textured Notes (#1655555) to cut the sentiment. The yacht and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

The birds were cut with a die from the Sunrise Sailing dies using Silver Foil backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

Sunrise Sailing Bundle

Hi again my friends,

I have made a masculine card today using the Sunrise Sailing Bundle (#165497) which consists of the Sunrise Sailing stamp set (#165491) and Sunrise Sailing dies (#165496).

I stamped the larger yacht with VersaMark (#102283) and used Silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678), and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). I stamped the sails with Azure Afternoon ink (#161663) using the stamping off method for a lighter colour. For the boat I used full strength Azure Afternoon ink.

The 2 yachts were cut with the Sunrise Sailing dies. I used Silver Foil (#163387) and Cherry Cobbler card (#121681) for the small yacht.

A die from the Everyday Arches dies (#164629) was used to cut the Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper (#162133). This was attached to the Cloud Cover from the Flower Garden Foils Specialty Paper (#165511). The foil was matted with Cherry Cobbler card and attached to the Basic White Base card (#166781).

The sentiment is also from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set and stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083). I cut this with the same Everyday Arches die, as shown below, as I wanted the “stitching” around the sentiment, the same as the arch.

The larger yacht and sentiment were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and the small yacht with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

Sunrise Sailing Bundle

Hello again friends,

Firstly, I will be on holidays for the next 2 weeks so I may not get a chance to post a card each day but I will do my best.

For today’s card I have used the Sunrise Sailing Bundle (#165497). This can be found in the Online Exclusives. The bundle includes the Sunrise Sailing stamp set (#165491) and the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder (#165496). With the hybrid folders, the dies are also included, and with this set, one of the sail boats fits into the folder & will cut & emboss at the same time. The embossing folder & dies can also be used separately as usual.

The DSP for the background is from the retired Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper. I stamped the birds with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). I dry embossed the DSP with the embossing folder.

I stamped the reflections onto the Azure Afternoon card (#161728) with Azure Afternoon ink (#161663). I then cut the top with one of the dies, then embossed with the Embossing folder for the waves, and attached it to the DSP. This was matted with Blueberry Bushel card (#146991). The card front was attached to the Basic White base card (#166781).

I stamped the sail boat with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was then cut and embossed with the Hybrid embossing folder.

The small boat was cut from Silver Foil Sheets (#163387) and Poppy Parade card (#121694). The boats were attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

“Best Wishes”, also from the stamp set was stamped with Azure Afternoon ink and cut with a retired Heart Shapes die. Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) were used to attach the sentiment. I used Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) to add glimmer to the boat.
