Extraordinary Life

 Hello again friends,

I have used both the Extraordinary Life dies (#167718) with the Bordered In Beauty bundle (#167557) again today.

I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Florals stamp set (#167440) with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver Powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was stamped onto Garden Poetry Designer Series Paper (#167113), then cut with a die from the Extraordinary Life.

The crosshatching and butterflies are from the Bordered In Beauty stamp set (#167555). The crosshatching was stamped with Poppy Parade ink (#147050). The butterflies were silver embossed and cut with the co-ordinating Bordered In Beauty die (#167556). I cut the individual butterflies from a 3rd row of butterflies.

The sentiment was taped to the Basic White base card (#166781). The butterflies were attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The Basic White card was matted with Poppy Parade card (#121694) and then attached to the Basic White base card.

Peaceful Days stamp set

 Hi again friends,

The Peaceful Days stamp set (#166801) is where you will find this beautiful bird that I have used for this Christmas card.

I stamped the bird with Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138) on Basic White card (#166781), then cut it with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183).

The card front is Blueberry Bushel card (#146991). I placed 2 strips of tape along the top & bottom of the card, then sprinkled it with Silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This is an easy way to get a straight line of heat embossing. I then dry embossed the card with the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder (#167097), which will be available in November.

“Merry Christmas” was cut with the Words For The Season Dies (#165797) using Basic White card which was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). This was attached to the card. The bird was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the bird. The embellishments are from the Faceted Snowflakes (#166077).

Spring Celebrations Mix & Match Ephemera Pack

 Hi again,

I have used 2 Ephemera Packs for today’s card. These are great for quick & easy cards or you can jazz them up.

I dry embossed the Basic White card (#166781) with the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder (#165559). I then wiped the VersaMark pad (#102283) along the corrugations and added Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). I matted this card with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached it to the Basic White base card.

I cut the Basic Black Hexagon frame with a Meant To Bee die (#1665882) and glued this to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

The bird image is from the Spring Celebrations Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (#164856). I coloured this with Stampin’ Blends - Daffodil Delight (#154883), Crumb Cake (#154882), Bubble Bath (#161675), Balmy Blue (#154830), Peach Pie (#163827), Soft Sea Foam (#154902) and Poppy Parade (#154958).

“Thinking Of You” is from the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (#164862). The sentiment and bird image were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

Memorable Blooms

 Hello friends,

I need a couple of sympathy cards so here is one I have made using the Memorable Blooms Bundle (#164826).

I stamped the image from the Memorable Blooms stamp set (#164816) with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was cut with a Memorable Blooms die (#164825).

I then dry embossed the Basic White card (#159228) from which the floral image was cut out, with the Soft Swirly Embossing Folder (#163791). This was taped to the Silver Foil Sheet (#163387). The floral image was attached with Stampin Dimensionals (#104430) on top of where it was cut.

“With Sympathy” from the Unbounded Love stamp set (#163378) was also heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder. I cut this with a Textured Notes die (#165555). Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) were used to attach the sentiment.

The embellishments are retired Festive Pearls.

Chantilly Lace

 Hi friends,

I have stamped the beautiful lace from the Chantilly Lace stamp set (#163683).

The lace was stamped with VersaMark (#102283) onto the top and bottom of a piece of the Meandering Meadows 6”x6” Designer Series Paper (#162736). I sprinkled this with the Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was matted with Silver Foil Sheet (#163387) and Blueberry Bushel card (#146991). The card was then attached to the Basic White base card.

The butterfly from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) was stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138) and cut with a Sketched Butterfly die (#163491). The 2 smaller butterflies are also cut with these dies from Blueberry Bushel card.

“Thinking Of You” is from the Sketched Butterfly stamp set and also stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink. I used a die from the Everyday Details (#162864) to cut the sentiment. The butterflies & sentiment were all attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The embellishments are from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack (#161623). I used Clear Wink of Stella (#141897) on the 3 butterflies to add some glimmer.

Sketched Butterflies

 Hello friends,

I have used 2 of my favourites today - butterflies and purple. I hope you can see this photo ok, as I had a lot of trouble trying to photograph it.

I stamped the 3 butterflies from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set (#163490) using VersaMark (#102283) and embossed them with Silver from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). I used Gorgeous Grape card (#147011), Highland Heather card (#147010) and Fresh Freesia card (#155614) for the butterflies. These were set with the Heat Tool (#129056). These 3 butterflies and the Silver Foil (163387) butterfly were cut with the Sketched Butterflies dies (#163491). This stamp set & dies are also available in a bundle - the Sketched Butterflies Bundle (#163492). All bundles have a 10% saving.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set and stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). The labels for the sentiment were cut with Something Fancy dies (#160424). I punched the slots in the white label from the retired Very Best Trio punch to allow me to thread the ribbon and trim through. I have used the Silver from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo Pack (#161633) and the Silver from the Simply Elegant Trim (#155766). I attached the sentiment to the Gorgeous Grape card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430)

Using a Blending Brush (#153611) with Fresh Freesia ink (#155611), I added some colour to the background on the Basic White card front (#159228). This was dry embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder (#164049). This folder will be available from 4th September in the upcoming Mini Catalogue, along with a great variety of new products, especially Christmas products. The white card front was matted with Gorgeous Grape card and attached to the Basic White base card.

The stamped butterflies were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The silver foil butterfly was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). I couldn’t go past the Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (#162611) to finish this card.

 Hello friends,

I matted the Cherry Cobbler card (#121681) with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached it to the Basic White base card (#159228).

I cut 3 pieces of Basic White card 10cm x 2.5cm then I dry embossed these with the Basics 3D Embossing Folder (#161598). I taped these to the Cherry Cobbler card. I then attached the piece of DSP from the Rock & Roll Designer Series Paper (#162695).

I stamped the bike with VersaMark (#102283) onto Cherry Cobbler card, then added Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The bike was the cut with a Fun On Wheels Die (#161216).

“Happy Birthday” from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink (#147083) and cut with an Enduring Beauty die (#161672).

Enduring Beauty

Hello stamping friends,

Another beautiful product in the Mini catalogue is the Enduring Beauty stamp set (#162670) with the Enduring Beauty dies (#162672) and used on this card.

I stamped the floral image with VersaMark (#102283) onto Gorgeous Grape card (#147011). Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) was added to the card and set with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was then cut with the co-ordinating die from the Enduring Beauty dies.

I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder (#161600). The edges were daubered with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099) before attaching it to the Basic White base card.

The leaves were also cut with the dies. I used Silver foil from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) and I attached these to the card with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The floral image was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).

“Happy Birthday” from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink and cut with a Stylish Shapes dies (#159183).

Stars At Night

Hi again,

Here’s a gorgeous Christmas card using the Stars At Night Bundle (#162007). The bundle consists of the Stars At Night stamp set (#162000) and Stars At Night dies (#16006).

I stamped the Starry Night card (#159264) with VersaMark (#102283) and added the Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555), then set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This was attached to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The stars are cut with the Stars at Night dies using 2 of the colours from the Holographic Trio 12”x12” Specialty Paper (#161744). The larger star was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and the others with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The sentiment - Wishing You the Best & Brightest - is from the Stars At Night stamp set. This was stamped with Starry Sky ink (#159212). I cut this with a Stars at Night die. This sentiment also includes the words “holiday season” so I cut this off as I wanted to say Christmas instead (not a fan of Happy Holidays). Christmas is from the More Wishes stamp set (#162324) and also stamped with Starry Sky ink. I fussy cut this and attached both sentiments with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Sentimental Swirls

Hello everyone,

The Sentimental Swirls stamp set (#157996) has this beautiful swirl with a variety of smaller images of flowers, birds butterflies, leaves as well as some popular sentiments. The Flowers & Leaves punch (#155373) and the Strawberry Builder punch (#154239) from the annual catalogue also co-ordinates with some of the images.

I stamped the swirl with VersaMark (#102283) onto Basic White card (#159228). Then I added the Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155555) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). I stamped the bird with Pale Papaya ink (#155670). Then I dry embossed the card front with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (#156505). Unfortunately this folder hasn’t carried over to the current catalogue so now retired.

The white card front was then matted with Polished Pink card (#155711). I wrapped the White Glittered Organdy Ribbon (also now retired) around the card. The sentiment & one flower were stamped with Polished Pink ink (#155712) and the other flower with Highland Heather ink (#147103). The flowers were punched with the Flowers & Leaves punch. I used a Beautiful Shapes Die (#158046) to cut the sentiment. This was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#158130) were added to the flowers & sentiment.

TIP: Always stamp your image first if you are also dry embossing to give you the best image. The image won’t stamp properly if the surface isn’t smooth.
