Layers Of Beauty

 Hello again stamping friends,

The Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514), Layers Of Beauty dies (#163518) and the Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks (#163517) have been used on this card and are included on the Last Chance Products.

I stamped the floral image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#166781). I coloured the image with the co-ordinating masks using Blending Brushes (#153611). There are 5 masks which are numbered so you know which order to do the colouring. The first 2 layers were coloured with Azure Afternoon ink (#161663). You can achieve different shades of colour depending on how light or hard you press on the brush. So I lightly coloured with the first mask, then the next is a bit darker. For mask 3, I used Blueberry Bushel ink (#147138). Mask 4 & 5 are for colouring the leaves and I used Soft Sea Foam ink (#147102) with mask 4 and Old Olive ink (#147090) for mask 5.

This image was then cut with the die, then I fussy cut this into 2 pieces, cutting below the 2 larger flowers.

The Basic White card front was die cut with a die from the Forever Florals dies (#167443). This was glued to the Basic White base card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755).

The sentiment is from the Notes Of Spring stamp set (#167979) and I stamped this with Blueberry Bushel ink. The sentiment & Blueberry Bushel card (#146991) were cut with dies from the Forever Florals dies.

I attached the flower on the bottom right with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The sentiment was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The larger floral image was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108), Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots.

Glimmer was added to the flowers with the Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897). The embellishments are the retired Traditional Sparkling Sequins.

Layers Of Beauty

Hi again everyone,

A pretty card using the Layers Of Beauty Stamp set (#163514) with the co-ordinating Layers Of Beauty dies (#163518) and Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks (#163517). These masks make colouring so easy.

I stamped the floral image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) onto Basic White card (#166781). There are 5 different masks, which are numbered, so starting at number 1, and colouring with a Blending Brush (#153611), I used Fresh Freesia ink (#155611), followed by Highland Heather ink  (#147103), and Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099). The leaves were coloured with Summer Splash ink (#163809). For the first layer I very lightly blended the colour, then for the last mask I used the same colour but added extra colour for the darker finish.

This coloured image and leaves are cut with the Layers Of Beauty dies. I used Summer Splash card (#163798) and Coastal Cabana card (#131302), both backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) for the leaves.

I used a piece of Fresh Freesia Two Tone card (#166666) and tore it to show the White core. These 2 pieces were dry embossed with the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder (#165597). I used both the light & darker side. These were attached to the Basic White card front, then matted with Highland Heather card (#147010) and attached to the Basic White base card.

I cut off part of the floral image and attached it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The leaves were attached.

The sentiment from Beautiful Motifs stamp set (#165198) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink. I cut the sentiment with a die from the Layers Of Beauty. However this die is too small for the sentiment, so I positioned the die and cut half of the sentiment, then re-positioned the die to cut the other half. This was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Chantilly Lace

 HI again friends,

The background for today’s card was stamped with the beautiful Chantilly Lace stamp set (#163683).

The lace image was stamped with Fresh Freesia ink (#155611) onto Basic White card (#159228). This was then matted with Gorgeous Grape card (#147011) and attached to the Basic White base card.

The flowers are from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set (#161140) and stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink (#147099) and Highland Heather ink (#147103). These were cut with the Irresistible Blooms dies (#161149). The leaves, also cut with these dies, and I used Coastal Cabana card (#131302) backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334).

The sentiment from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (#163514) was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink, then cut with an Unbounded Love die (#163383). The sentiment and flowers were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The leaves are easily attached with the Adhesive Sheet backing. The embellishments are from the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (#163781). Clear Wink Of  Stella (#141897) was used to add glimmer to the flowers.
