Trusty Tools

 Hello friends,

I needed a card for an apprentice builder, so the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274) and Trusty Tools dies (#162722) were perfect.

I stamped the tools with Basic Gray ink (#149165), Smoky Slate ink (#147113), Real Red ink (#147084) and Crushed Curry ink (#147087). The head of the wrench was stamped onto Smoky Slate card.

The spanner was cut from Silver Foil (#163387) and the tool box from a retired matt silver foil.

The “pegboard” was cut with a Trusty Tools die. This Basic White card (#166781) was matted with Real Red card (#106578), then attached to the Basic White base card.

“Happy Birthday” from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp sets (#164608) was stamped with Real Red ink. I cut this with the “Pencil” die.

The tool box & handle as well as the tape measure were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The tools and sentiment were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

I used Basic Black card (#121688) for the “17” (cut with an E-cutter) and this was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Just A Note Bundle

 Hi again,

The Just A Note Bundle (#166102) has been used for today’s card. I am loving this bundle for both cards & scrapbooking.

I stamped DAD from the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274) using VersaMark (#102283) and adding the Copper powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders (#165678). The Heat Tool (#129056) was used to set the powder.

I then stamped the lines from the Just A Note stamp set (#166098) using Basic Gray ink (#149165). “Happy Birthday” from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set (#164608) was stamped with Pecan Pie ink (#161665). This was then cut with the die from the Just A Note dies (#166101).

The paper clip was also cut with a die from Just A Note using the Copper from the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper (#163772).

The hammer and tape measure are from the Trusty Tools stamp set. I used Early Espresso ink (#147114) for the hammer and Pecan Pie ink for the tape measure. These were cut with the Trusty Tools dies (#162722). I added some colour to these with Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends (#161674) and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (#154882).

The Basic White card front (#166781) was stamped with the Painted Stripes background stamp (#165437) using Crumb Cake ink (#166787). The DSP attached to the left side is from the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper (#165196).

The “note paper” was attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The hammer & tape measure were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

Country Woods Designer Series Paper

 Hello crafty friends,

An easy masculine card using the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393) and the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274).

I stamped the woodgrain from the Textured Timber stamp set (#163656) on the right side of the Basic White card front (#159228) with Crumb Cake ink (#147116). I also stamped another image from this set on a smaller strip of card with Early Espresso ink (#147114).

I attached 2 of the deigns from the Country Woods DSP and the smaller stamped card to the card front. I cut another piece of DSP with a Deckled Circles Die (#162286) and attached that with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108).

The sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set (#163756) was stamped with Pool Party ink (#147107) and cut with another Deckled Circles die. This was also attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The tools from the Trusty Tools stamp set were stamped with Early Espresso ink and coloured with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (#154882) and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends (#154904). These tools were cut with the Trusty Tools dies (#162722) and attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683).

The card front was matted with Pool Party card (#124391), then attached to the Basic White base card.

Trusty Tools

 Hello Stampin’ Friends,

A great masculine card using the Trusty Tools stamp set & dies.

The tools from the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274) and the sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set (#163378) were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) and I added the Copper from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (#165678). This was set with the Heat Tool (#129056). The tools were cut with the Trusty Tools dies (#162722) and the sentiment was punched with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch (#162888). I also heat embossed the edges of the sentiment.

The card front and the banners are from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393). The banner shapes were cut with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183). I dry embossed the DSP for the card front with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). These were taped to the Basic White base card (#159228).

The tools and sentiment were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The embellishment are from the retired Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems.

Trusty Toolbox Designer Series Paper

Hello again,

Another simple scrapbook page, this time using the Trusty Toolbox Designer Series Paper (#162978) which is a Sale-a-bration product and co-ordinates with the Trusty Tools Bundle (#162723). The new mini catalogue and sale-a-bration goes live on 4th January. There are several products in sale-a-bration which co-ordinate with products in the mini catalogue which I love.

The photos were matted with Real Red card (#106578) and Basic Black card (#121688). The base page and the strip with the screwdrivers are from the Trusty Toolbox DSP. I also stamped the tools from the Trusty Tools stamp set (#163274) onto the base page using Gray Granite ink (#147118).

I fussy cut the tools from the DSP and these were attached to the page with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). The letters were cut with the Mini Alphabet dies (#162934) from Real Red card which was backed with Adhesive Sheets (#152334).

Some of the tools in the DSP can also be cut with the Trusty Tools dies (#162722) as well as the stamped images.
